“Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend them. I’m a single female and my car died so I had it towed here on a Saturday. They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. They even stayed after closing so I could pick it up. My car is 10 years old so I was bracing for bad news/big expense however it was just overdue oil change & the cost was very reasonable!! “So look when you are a women it can be scary or hesitant experience dealing with your car. But I have to give Jay’s there kudos, because it is truly a safe space. I bought 4 tires a year and an half ago, at a great price. I have had to go back for 2 tire plugs, rotation, and a tire sensor issue and I have paid nothing. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, but most importantly attentive. The waiting area is clean, and I have never had a long wait. The young lady who seems to “conduct” the operation is sharp. I have sent 5 people to get tires from Jay’s and everyone loves them. So support local businesses and receive great service for sure.”

“I had the greatest customer service experience ever from start to end once i made my deposit until i took delivery many other stores said a 12week wait I received mine from zip tire in 4 weeks due to custom order they have many sizes and color forgiatos in stock i got installed in less than 45 min everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner !!!!! “I’m just here to say thank you for trying to align my car. The car was brought there twice for a front wheel alignment but couldn’t get it to stop diving to the right even though the wheel was straight. They ended up reimbursing me for the alignment. Now I’m not saying that they’re bad at aligning things. My car just require a lot more than what they’re equipped with since the rear of the car is custom and that’s a whole other story.
TLDR; they tried their best and couldn’t get the job done and they manned up and they gave me my money back and I can really appreciate that. I’ve brought many cars to them back in the day. Good to see y’all still kickin. Keep up the good work.

“What an excellent customer service experience I received on February 13th 2025. I desperately needed help with my flat tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I stopped by Mavis Tires and Brakes @ 4373 New Snapfinger Woods Drive to fix my flat tire. I met Carmel, Ace and Tyrone at the shop. It was almost getting to the end of the business day but they were ready to help. Carmel quickly got all my information into the computer. Tyrone quickly drove my Jeep Wagoneer into the shop to inspect all the tires and the flat tire.
Tyrone explained the flat tire issue to Carmel and Ace for the best plan of action. The flat tire was worn out and the best option will be to buy a new tire or install the spare tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I asked Tyrone to install the spare tire on the Wagoneer and I will take my vehicle to Discount Tires the next day since I have been using their services and warranties on my vehicles for so many years and a loyal customer.
Without no hesitation, Tyrone professionally installed the spare tire. Carmel and Ace provided the paper work for the service. To my surprise and amazement when I looked at the paper work it was $0.00 dollars and fees. They provided an excellent service without charging me any fees. I was completely blown aware by their collaborative and effective customer service experience I received from this three employees.

“My tire was leaking air on my way home from work (I had a spare tire in my trunk) today and I had an appointment to get it changed tomorrow after work. Once I noticed it was leaking on my dashboard through the tire pressure monitor, I googled “Tire Installation Near Me” and R/Rtire services came up. I was greeted in nice and friendly matter. They had that leaking tire off and with the new tire on just 20 minutes or less. Excellent customer skills, what a phenomenal job they have done today. Definitely will go back anytime. The hours are flexible and the prices are affordable. Thank you R/Rtire! You guys are amazing!”
