I went here as it was unanimously recommended by my neighbors and endorsed by my mechanic. They did a wonderful job repairing my car and completed it in the time promised. I appreciate the bid appointment policy as I’m sure it helps them manage their time efficiently!!

Great experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful (Mr. Spivey, technician, front desk staff). The process was smooth, I went in for a quote (Spivey's had the most competitive quote compared to other shops), set up an appointment for another day and the work on my vehicle was completed fast.

Don't go here if you have a foreign car, care about customer service, or are paying out-of-pocket. They ask how you're paying (via insurance or not) before they even give you a quote, which is sketchy behavior. The guy saw that I was paying out-of-pocket, not through insurance, and he then immediately seemed annoyed at me.
They "require" an appointment for estimates even when it can literally take two seconds for a scratch/scrape quote and their shop is empty/dead quiet. Many other shops I've called don't require appointments for quotes.
Then their staff couldn't have acted LESS like they cared about my business. When a guy came out to finally assess my car, he seemed very annoyed that I was there. He silently took my VIN and then stared at his phone for five minutes without explaining what he was doing or what was going on.
It was incredibly awkward and he acted like I was a pest bothering him, even though I had been nothing but patient and respectful going through their process. He then said he couldn't pull up my VIN, as though that matters for a quote, and he seemed unable to figure it out or give me a simple quote for a scrape fix. Days later and still no quote, and honestly at this point I don't even care because I will take my business elsewhere. Based on other reviews, it looks like they just ghost and are rude to customers that they don't want.
It's possible they just don't want to bother with anyone paying out of pocket if they know they can charge more for someone paying through insurance. Really disappointing honestly.
I would go literally anywhere else based on their attitudes and I would not trust them with my car.

Needed a scratch repaired on my passenger door. Spivey’s quickly scheduled an appointment and did an excellent job on the repair, in the exact number of days they said it would take. Plus they did not overcharge me! Their estimate was the lowest among several body shops in the area. And my final charge was exactly what the estimate was. Great, high quality, honest service!

Very quick and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price! They had to work on the door exteriors but detailed the interiors, as well - which was a nice surprise.

Spivey’s did an excellent job repairing my Fiesta. Shane called me before they began the work to explain what they would be doing and he answered all of my questions. They sent me text messages daily to inform me of their progress and completed the work a day early. Shane showed me what they had done; it was an excellent job. I’m a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Spivey’s!

I have had 3 unfortunate events take place over the years, resulting in body damage. I have chosen Spivey's Bodyshop each time for my repairs and have never been disappointed. The company is easy to work with, repairs have been immaculate, and the turn around time is speedy. This bodyshop is nothing short of amazing.
