Customer service is THE WORST ever! As well as the horrible grooming blade sharpening!! I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years but will never place another order! They are rude and disrespectful!! I sent 45 blades to be sharpened and when I got them back, 1 blade was chipped (ruined beyond use) and 22 of the blades will not stay attached to any of the 5 different clippers I have. They refused to take any responsibility for either of these issues and simply said it was something out of their hands. I had to call and email 3 times and each time I was told they would call me back but never did. I honestly don’t know how this company stays in business with the way they treat their customers!

Dear friends any of you who I used Davis Manufacturing- Veterinary & Grooming Products I will no longer be carrying. Since moving to Florida I have used these products since 1998 in my grooming salon and show grooms. I connected to do another order for my grooms and they after all these years discontinued selling to me. I was shocked out of the blue with the reason Im not grooming enough. I remember back in the day Mr Davis who said its about the small businesses that built them. They always had supported me as a small business and never treated me differently. Now that the team has changed thy are weeding out the smaller businesses. I am trying to restart my business here in Florida and they discontinued their relationship with me out of the blue and without warning. If you are a show groomer, handler, grooming shop that uses Davis be warned they can change the rules regardless of how long of a customer you have been. I am very sad by this and falls far from Mr Davis roots and I wanted to warn grooming clients and others who depend on them that they could pull the rug out of anyone at anytime. It breaks my heart and those who use me as their grooming I will find a replacement product. They will cut you off without warning regardless of your years together

I've used and loved Davis for 10 years now. Equipment maintenance, supplies etc. Still miss Jonathan as he was always so pleasant. So glad Bridget is there now though. She knew me by name the 2nd time we met and is always friendly whether on the office or at the Pet Fair. Super helpful on the phone and in person. Mr. Davis himself really set the culture that this is a family business and it comes through. It's my pleasure to utilize their services given that atmosphere.
