Devinn is an excellent electrician. He explained the risk with our older, original, electric panel box and the difference in those outdated, old style circuit breakers and how the safer, new style improved breakers effected the buss bar, leaving no chance of a short from a power surge or lightening strike, which was our issue to begin with. This is the second time we have used Bray Electrical Services for updates on our home (had can lights installed in our living room about a year ago). On both accounts the techs arrived on time, and did the work quickly and provided a detail explanation of how the service was to be performed, confirmed placement & provided expected costing prior to completing the work . Today our technician Chris O'Neal came to install an outdoor receptacle. He was friendly, on time, efficient & knowledgeable and even let us know about a loose breaker on our electrical panel & swapped it out for us. I’ve done business with Bray on a few occasions and I am happy with their work. Devinn was great. He was kind and explained what was needed, efficient and very clean. He had to drill into the sheetrock and there was no evidence of him doing so. Much appreciated. I can’t forget he was patient with my crazy dogs. I have been using Bray since buying my first house upon the recommendation of a neighbor. I really enjoy working with them! The office manager is super responsive and professional, and the technicians are a delight to have in my house. I get so excited to see my repeat technician, Devinn, whenever he is assigned my home. He has noticed the work I’ve been doing in my house over time, and it just feels like he truly cares. He has also spent extra time more than once troubleshooting some issues in my home and making sure things are resolved safely. What a gem!A job in my home was done incorrectly about a year ago, and Bray came back to make it right immediately. I was not even upset, as I have had so many positive experiences with the company and knew they would do right.Highly recommend if you want a company with trustworthy technicians, reliable service, and a quality guarantee!!

I hired Bray for the first time recently and I am relieved to have found such a good group to work with. The electrician (Chris O) is smart and experienced, and he communicated clearly about the work we needed to have him do. The system they use for quoting and booking was transparent and easy to understand, and he cleaned up the spaces everywhere he worked. An excellent experience!I look forward to having Chris back to finish up more work later this summer.
