Items were shipped with these guys then transferred to RXO in my town so I dont know much about this company,I can say that both my huge boxes were in good condition,so that’s a plus these days,so I’m happy.

Incident 1: Driver hit and caused $1,500.00 in damaged product at our warehouse over two weeks ago and after multiple calls and emails, there has been absolutely NO effort or communication to process this claim.
Incident 2: Shipment has shown "out for delivery" for over a week, we have called every day, only to be told it would be delivered "tomorrow" for 5 days in a row. We are 15 minutes from their warehouse in Garden City. Now guess what... Shipment got dispatched to New York!! Jesus Christ people... Get it together.

There was an initial delay of the delivery, but the company communicated well. They called us ahead of arrival, which was within the delivery window. They arrived, removed the old machine and installed the new one swiftly. Pleased with our experience.

Both the people who answer the phone ( Rachel) and our delivery team did an excellent job today! The notifications were extremely helpful. The driver ( Kavon) and his partner managed to expertly find us within our gated community - I find myself wanting to be able to use them again!!

Very pleased with the company!! Has delivered a washer/dryer and later, a refrigerator..Kept me updated on the units, and stuck to the delivery schedule! Delivery men were courteous, professional, and fast in installation and removal of the old units.The cost of installation and removal was very reasonable,, I would highly recommend the company. The dispatcher/manager was very helpful…..

Had a dishwasher delivered, the communication was great, email, text, and a call just before arriving. Gentlemen were polite and efficient. Would use them again and recommend to others.
