Destiny and Emanuelle are so kind and so attentive. We randomly walked in one day and my pup randomly started showing signs of a hurt/itchy paw and these ladies didn’t hesitate to help. It was truly so kind. Thank you!

I booked them for the Full Groom for my tiny Pomeranian. He has alopecia and we struggle to find someone who can work with his bald spots, but the cut was exactly what I asked for. Great experience!

Stopped in on vacation a few weeks ago and bought some birthday cupcakes for my fur babies back home. Not only were they adorable but my babies loved them! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great store!

I had reserved an appointment for my Shih Tzu two weeks prior to bringing him in. My appointment was set for a Wednesday at 1 PM at. Wednesday, June 29 at 1 PM I went completely out of my way to leave work, rushed to get my dog as to not miss the appointment and upon arrival, I was told that he was not in the system for his grooming appointment not only did I miss time out of work, but I was left to leave with no apologies or anything. The gentleman at the front desk has the voice on the recording that I constantly get when calling this particular location in the Starland district he was the one that I spoke with. They never answered the phone, no matter how many times you call as long as there is a customer in the lobby I will never ever ever go back. I have had nothing but a bad experience.

We love it here!!! I have been here several times with my cat and when I recently got my dog they were so kind and helped me pick out everything I needed! I bring both my animals to be groomed here (who are both rescues and timid around people) and they have always done an amazing job with grooming them as well as making them feel safe and comfortable in the process. I would never take or leave my animals anywhere that I did not completely trust and I am completely confident that they will take the best possible care of my babies. My animals are afraid of a lot (especially people) but every time I pick them up from Woofgang they are so happy and love all of the groomers and employees. This is a great place and you can tell that they really care about the animals they groom and want to provide the best service possible :)

The groomers here took excellent care of our bichon and were done ahead of schedule. His fur had gotten so matted and he had sand spurs in his fur. They fixed him up and made everyone happy! Would recomend.

The first time I’ve been compelled to leave a review in my life. For the amount paid, my dog’s full grooming package came back looking like a five year old old with scissors went to town. His head was dirty as well! A pet owner would be better off attempting an at-home cut than for what was received. I am big on supporting local businesses, but never again will I try a Wolf Gang Bakery.

This place is amazing; I cannot walk by without my dogs "putting on the brakes" to go inside and get treats and love from the employees. Everyone is so super friendly, helpful and give my pups so much attention. The groomers are top notch!!

Always take such amazing care of my dog... they treat her like she was there own. Wouldn't go anywhere else for grooming, treats, food or toys. Great selection and better care in helping.

Been coming to this location for years at this point, and always have a great experience! My neurotic mess of a morkie always receives stellar treatment in spite of being the most wriggly little idiot <3 Exceptional service today from Karneisha and Candace! My baby looks great, smells lovely, and always gets rave reviews even though I know she isn't easy to wrangle ?Also would like to commend everyone this afternoon on their unflinching professionalism and grace in the face of difficult customers! Caught the tail end of a frankly embarrassing temper tantrum, and was very much impressed by the way it was handled! Kudos to everyone on staff today, and thanks again for all your hard work!
