This review was pre-written because I plan to go to several other pawn shops and I predicted that Welsh pawn shop has always been amazing. This is the kind of place that is needed and a necessity for barter and trade of items and goods. I have been going here for the last 5 to 10 years. They always have something amazing to find. Today I got a Ibanez guitar at an amazing price. Custom strings and they had the best phone service and customer service that I have experienced… as someone who works in the service industry for copiers that's a bold statement.

Went here twice got stared the whole time and the cashier didn't even respond when I asked how they were doing that day, just kept giving me a side eye like they didn't want to deal with me even though I was buying. Called them once and asked a question and just got hung up on. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place unless you're into degradation.

IF WE WERE A WHITE FAMILY THEY WOULD NOT HAVE DENIED TO SERVICE US. We are a black family that had a terrible racist experience and a welsh location so we go to another location which is this one. I walk in first ask the guy for what I was looking for he walked me to the counter I started asking questions letting him know i was a first time buyer he was answering and talking to me no problem as soon as my boyfriend walked in and stood next to me the guy said he was told not to service us. We were confused we asked why he said he doesn’t know why he just knows the other welsh location told him not service us. So if my boyfriend did not walk in he would’ve kept servicing me with no problem. IT IS CLEAR BOTH LOCATIONS ARE FULL OF RACIST PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING AGAINST THEIR POLICY ALSO WISH I CAN GIVE A ONE STAR!!

Terrible service. Staff is extremely rude for no reason. Was in the middle of doing a pawn and then the guy just decided he was going to pass in the middle of our transaction. Definitely a shady crew do not recommend doing business here.

This pawn shop deserves a 6 star rating! The prices are amazing, the employees are very nice, and the place is neatly organized! Bought an Xbox One there in fairly good condition for only $150, the controller had a few buttons that were a little messed up but I can just always buy a new one. Plan on going to this pawn shop more often just for some of the amazing offers that they have.

The man at the counter was extremely rude and treated me like trash I was nothing but nice to him I brought him a basically brand new ps4 controller hardly used an a nice set of throwing knifes an he offered me 10 bucks for both???? Great service I think not thank you welshs pawn shop for being the worst pawn shop experience ive ever had..if you want to screwed over an treated like s*** stop by Welsh pawn shop 1 star all day more like half a star bunch of rude a** people!
