I am sitting in drive through now have been waiting for one simple transaction to pay my mortgage for 20 minutes still no answer

This bank is a total waste of time. The assistant Manager Mellissa did not handle herself professionally and lied to me about having her customers initials on file. I will not be going here again and I suggest that you stay away from them if you don't want to be disrespected and lied to.
