    If you have Medicare sign up for Silver Sneakers. Great workout equipment, exercise physiologists.Everyone else can get a membership to workout for reasonable rates.

    Great staff and well equipped. Also, if problems are encountered qualified people are readily available and ER not far away.

    It is very clean,staff is kind and very helpful and know their facility. They know what is better for you to do so as not to injure yourself. Very pleasant atmosphere. They are great at motivating you.
