Walmart Supercenter offers a wide range of items in one place, where customers can usually find what they are looking for. The store provides online ordering with same-day delivery and free pickup for members, featuring the same low in-store prices. While staff is often described as helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, they can sometimes be hard to locate. The store occasionally runs out of stock on items. Checkout can be a point of frustration, with long lines at the few working registers, making self-checkout an unpopular option. Despite this, many customers report lovely and helpful experiences with associates who provide excellent service.
I was satisfied with the product selections and the product prices. However, checking out of the store does prove difficult on occasion, as not all of the self-checkout lanes are open, and there aren’t enough cashiers to make for a speedy experience.
