Always some type of issue getting my meds, one person tells me one thing & I get there & another staff member tells me something else.. I had to switch pharmacies for a couple of my meds bc of the inconvenience to get it filled every month.

Staff at counter couldn't answer any of my questions correctly. Didn't know where i could find covid tests and wasn't sure if they sold them. Had no idea what to do with insurance info.

Bad costumer service, this Jaasmin is always rude in the way she speaks to her costumer. Its not what she says, its HOW she says it, her tone is very RUDE.

Today we visited the Pharmacy with the hopes of getting the Pfizer vaccine 2nd shot for my Mom, who was told to report to the ER for further testing concerning her condition. We called before driving 45 minutes to this location to be sure that this particular location had the vaccine and that we could get it as a walk-in. When we arrived a very rude and completely dismissive young lady named FALLON told us we could not get the vaccine because they had a limited supply and they were already accounted for. When I began to explain our situation and the fact that we had called before driving all the way here, I was very surprised that she simply walked off to do something else. I then asked her if she could let me speak to the Pharmacist, the first Pharmacist took pity on our situation but explained that he doesn’t work at this location and would allow the main Pharmacist ti make the call when he finished administering the vaccine to someone else. Pharmacist 2, also was compassionate and explained that he actually had received the vaccine in-store but it wasn’t “released” yet and that he would have someone call Abercorn to see if we could receive it there. Well, needless to say he had the same rude young lady make the call who mumbled something about Abercorn also having a limited supply while moving on to something else. We left, called CVS from the car they not only had the Pfizer vaccine in stock, they allowed walk-ins for anyone over 16. The service was impeccable and we were out start today finish within 25 minutes. Walmart’s Pharmacy Employees at this location need better training.

They work really hard. The pharmacist will always go above and beyond to help out a customer. They are just always so busy and it takes forever to get any script if you’re waiting so I suggest having a doctor send it there and just wait at home for a day or two until they get it ready and send a text message to you saying it’s ready. That’s the best way to get meds from them. They also offer curbside pick up just park in a space assigned to the pharmacy and call the number and they’ll bring your meds to you. I think it’s a great pharmacy with great people and staff. They’re just so grossly understaffed and so incredibly busy 80% of the time the phone is ringing non stop. They do a pretty good job of trying to keep the line down but sometimes it gets a little long. I commend them for doing such a good job with so little help, staff,resources,and such an incredible amount of stress to deal with on a regular basis.

Disrespectful, Rudeness and assumptions about the truth of the fact of a patient with a condition they have no idea. Before you come to your own conclusions you must contact doctors who a given you a prescription and why. Never will ever bring my Family prescriptions to this pharmacy and the pharmacist needs to be more careful when they address to a patient who is very unhealthy and going through out 17 surgeries.

This is not my normal pharmacy but on this particular day, I stopped in to fill a prescription. I was greeted by Kaitlyn. She was so helpful and genuinely concerned with my needs. She went above & beyond to try and help me that I walked away with a good smile on my face. She had no idea that I was having a funky day and probably had no idea how much it meant to me that she cared so much. Thanks Kaitlyn!
