Pharmacy hours are wildly incorrect. Open at 8am? Nope. 9am? Nope. 10am? Maybe. They’ll just show up whenever they want.
I had an urgent prescription that my mother needed refilled ASAP. She cannot function without it. Doctor put it in and I got a call at that it was filled same day. Went in at 8am to pick it up, no one was at the pharmacy until 9:30. Prescription wasn’t even filled so I had to wait till 11 to actually get it.
Taking my business elsewhere.

I've been reading all of the negative reviews and have this to say: I have been dealing with this pharmacy on Habersham Street for years. The techs and the pharmacist are faced with people feeling sick, impatient, depressed and angry all day long. It's all about attitude and I have found when I go in with a pleasant and understanding attitude I am treated like a King. Give em' a break...they are humans just like us. You'll be surprised how you're treated.

I remember a world where pharmacist were professionals. What exactly happened? I caught an attitude for going to the wrong window to pick up my prescriptions (the same one I go to every single time before) like I’m supposed to know the ins and outs of her personal procedures at 9:34 am.Here’s the thing, people who are picking up meds are generally not feeling well, right? Calm your ham, lady. By the way, forget my meds. I’m never coming back.

Needed a prescription while I was traveling. This pharmacy told me they had something in stock when they didn’t, told me it was ready when it wasn’t. The pharmacy was randomly closed on a Friday (no notice outside or by phone) because there was no staffing? Had to wait on hold for 30+ minutes twice. Never did get the prescription while I was in town.I have never had such an awful experience at a Walgreens!

As usual, I just had an excellent experience with the Walgreen's pharmacy. The staff there is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Allison, the Pharmacist, was especially helpful. As was all the staff. It was very busy, but they kept up with the customers in a friendly manner. For prescriptions or vaccines, I highly recommend this store!

Such horrible and rude staff.. Even the manager was rude when called to the front to assist. Long lines and waiting times.. Also the bathrooms are disgusting..

I made an appointment for a flu shot and it was a complete waste of time. Extremely rude, complete lack of professionalism, and customer service. After barely being acknowledged, I sat there for 45 minutes next to the drinking fountains, which are an OSHA violation (see picture), while they helped maybe five customers, and two pharmacy employees just left the store, at which point I got up and left. As I was leaving, I heard the woman at the counter tell the other pharmacy employee, “don’t worry about that flu shot.“ Do not recommend!
