I placed an online order that never arrived. I called the store, the manager was very rude. He cut me off repeatedly when I was asking about how trace my order. Then after yelling and fussing at me, he hung up on me. My order was never found. Use a different pharmacy, its not worth it to go here.

Some very rude and impatient customers, but I guess I’m used to it at this point. Got my booster pretty quick and smoothly. Nice.

The drive up window was closed ("broken phone") so I had to walk in to get a Rx that I was completely out of. There was one customer ahead of me. As I approached the window the pharmacist took the only clerk waiting on customers off the register and took her over to a computer and had a long conversation. He did not call another employee over to continue to help me or the line of customers behind me waiting. I am 80 yrs old, crippled and on a cane. I cannot stand for any length of time. I asked both of them: "wasn't a customer first in importance?" Why wasn't anyone waiting on us?" They both looked dumbfounded at my question. They never said 'sorry' and they took their time coming back to finish ringing me up. I don't expect much more from clerks but I would think the pharmacist would care/know better. When this was happening there was a line of 4 more customers behind me. Totally 5. Not surprised at the LOW approval rating this store has. THE CUSTOMER IS LAST!!

It consistently takes a minimum of 30 mins to pick up prescriptions through the drive thru. Today it was 45 mins and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. A few weeks ago, I saw 5 or 6 cars at the drive thru so I went inside. It took me 30 mins standing in line as well. I've had enough. Going to try a different location.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced, the brunette named Megan who works in the pharmacy is very disrespectful and has no customer service skills. She should be fired because of this. She was throwing things around and yelling FALSE information along with cutting off customers while they were talking. I will be calling and reporting this as well. As a military dependent I will ensure all those I know not to go to Walgreens to get their prescriptions filled as they clearly don't care who they're talking to and what way. One positive things is the nice young lady with the dreads named Victoria was very sweet and patient as I was with her while she was working. She was very attentive to the customers and had no rude attitude or tone.

This is the second or third time I've had extremely rude customer service at this location. Once, I can understand, bad days happen but it's been consistent in the past year. I initially came back after I he first bad experience because it is a convenient location but I think I will be taking a prescriptions else where.

I signed up for text updates and get no updates. They take a long time to fill prescriptions, not telling you of the issues unless you call. In the drive thru we saw the tech checking her Facebook page before helping us. If they don't have a medication they tell you to call around rather than checking in their system. I found other pharmacies located medications for you.

I had a really good experience at this location. I had some baby announcements made online. I sent them to be printed at this location. When I picked them up I did not notice that there was an error on them. I called later and told them my issue. I got absolutely no push back. They told me to bring in the old pictures and they would reprint them correctly. I love doing business with Walgreen's. Especially this location. They have never let me down.

Walgreens serves it's purpose...pricey but has good selection. Could be a little cleaner.
