My husband and I purchased a 2021 Volvo XC90 from Savannah Volvo. Our salesman was Tyler Carr. I have purchased many cars over the last 20 years and this was one of the easiest purchased by far. Tyler and his Supervisor went over and above to make everything very convenient for us. My husband runs an auto repair shop and they drove over 60 miles for him to look at the car for making the purchase. After he looked things over they delivered the car and ha him sign documents which they needed because it is next to impossible for him to get away from his shop. I can't say enough about how good this transaction went. They have accommodated us in every way to get just what we were looking for. We would definitely purchase from Tyler at Savannh Volvo again. Thanks Savannah Volvo and a special thanks to Tyler and Jeff.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are unscrupulous and not trustworthy
A warranty was added to my vehicle that I did not agree on. I was told that I would get a refund and he refunded the wrong amount and canceled my insurance after knowing that he canceled the wrong product. They refused to refund my money and have gone silent, ignoring my emails and calls.

This place is horrible! I wouldn't recommend anyone using them. The girls in the office are unprofessional, rude, and are liars! The customer service is the worst that I've ever experienced when dealing with a car dealership. I don't understand how and why people like this are in the position to deal with the public! It's ridiculous because they have no empathy for their customers. Management needs to be aware of how their employees are treating their customers and if they are aware, that says a lot about the company!

Took FOUR tries to get infotainment screen replaced.
The reply from the dealership below is about another issue with the low tire pressure monitoring system. Funny thing, even though they could not resolve the issue, I reset the system and now the low tire pressure system is working just fine.
