I was referred to this practice by my regular vet for a consultation for surgery for my standard poodle. Dr. Shealy was fantastic. He was thorough, listened to my concerns, and talked me through my decision. All of the staff that we dealt with were very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend using this practice.

I would highly recommend this office! The staff is outstanding. They really went above and beyond to take care of my chihuahua after a dog attack. They kept me informed every step of the way and I really appreciate that!

Can’t say enough good things about Bluepearl when my dog had ACL tear Dr. Bradbury spent more time explaining the injury and treatment options than the Orthopedic MD who did both my total knee surgeries. The entire staff are exceptionally kind, compassionate, and professional.

My father lost his English bulldog in a tragic accident this past Christmas. He was completely literally heartbroken. I found a precious bulldog puppy for Dad a couple of months later. Yesterday my parents took their beloved 12 month old puppy ( Champ) to Dr Marcus Bradbury to have palette surgery to help him breathe better which is apparently a common surgery for this breed. This morning the vet office discharged Champ. Within an hour he was dead. The vet in Bluffton who tried to revive him said his airway was so swollen, he couldn’t breathe. I doubt anyone at Bradbury’s office checked Champ before they discharged him. Apparently there was only one woman working this morning. I do not recommend Dr Bradbury or his office staff. What a devastation to our whole family. Dorothy Jones

We’ve had a string of bad luck with a few of our animals and their health. The entire staff and surgical team has given my family several more healthy and happy years with our fur babies. I am forever grateful for their kindness and dedication.

From start to finish, setting the absolute gold standard in courtesy, honesty and professionalism. Started off in the emergency section, making myself and my dog Thor comfortable. We were transferred to the specialized section. NOT ONE TIME was I mislead, or uninformed, and MOST importantly they put my dog first, not profit. They had the information prepared (both emergency and specialized clinic) before I even asked for it. I have zero complaints, the utmost respect and appreciation for every single staff member I dealt with, and can’t express my gratitude enough for giving my dog a new chance at life. Doctor Bradbury himself even took the time to call and update me. 100 stars if I could. This is the second time they have pulled through for me with my dogs. This is how every business should be ran. Thank you again.

Dr.Bradbury has operated on two of my pets, the first was my Lab puppy two years ago and this past December I had a walker puppy not quite a year old got accidentally shot while hunting and had his right rear femur bone shattered never thought that it could be fixed in a million years but Dr. Bradbury told me he could repair it and he did my puppy Remi has been released and is running around like nothing has ever happened ,will highly recommend using Dr.Bradbury for any surgery needed we’ve had two very successful surgeries and have been very pleased with all their services!

Dr Woods was extrememely kind and empathetic when we were discussing Colt's cancer diagnosis. I was 3.5 yrs ago and i still remember how wonderful he was at such a heart wrenching time. Colt passed from his illness but i would go back here.

Dr Bradbury is an exceptional surgeon. He's extremely knowledgeable, responsive to our questions and concerns, skilled, and the results were the best we could hope for. The only hiccup in the process (when my dog was supposed to start a medication prior to surgery and we weren't informed in time) was addressed immediately by the practice manager, who is wonderful. She alleviated my concerns, apologized, and explained how they would change their process so this would not happen again. The office staff and techs are spectacular--caring, concerned, and responsive--except for Janice, who didn't understand that electrolyte imbalance could affect the cardiovascular system. I immediately lost all confidence in anything she told me. I'm surprised she passed A&P; she needs to go back to school. My only complaints are these: one, that my dog's initial exam and follow up bloodwork were not done in the exam room. I'm sure there is a reason for this, but it's a stressful time to separate someone from their best friend for extended periods when he's about to go under the knife. I would always rather have my dog with me than in a kennel. And two, my dog had terrible razor burn on both sides of his neck. Long after his surgical incision was well healed, we're still treating the razor burn as the hair grows in and the scabs continue to heal. Obviously this is not as important as his procedure being successful, it has just added to the stress of caring for him throughout his healing process.
