Groomer destroyed my dogs hair and still requested I pay $34. I made an qppt for a $64 wash, blow, cut, ear clean, nail trim, ect. He got a wash and blow and half his hair was cut. I had to leave work early to pick him up when he was supposed to be there for a couple hours

I've been shopping here for over two years now since first moving to Savannah and the staff at Pet Supermarket has always been very friendly and helpful and the selection is superb and the prices are very reasonable. They carry a large selection of Stella and Chewy freeze dried food for both cats and dogs and Wellness brand which is awesome. They also have a great reptile and bird sections as well and the ferrets, guinea pigs, cats they adopt out are all super cute.

I got all my dog vacations here since last year and was really happy with their service but from past 3 times i have seen a great decline in their service. The oral vaccine was given unprofessionally and my dog wasn't handled well. Moreover at times they confuse you with the vaccine that your dog requires, and yes no COVID 19 precautions were taken too. I might not go again there.Please get back to old you shotvet!

Always have a pleasant experience here! Nate helped me with my questions ab harnesses and re tractable leashes and also adjusted it to the perfect setting for my furball. Great customer service always makes me return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Few months ago I came to this supermarket and fell in love with one of the kittens they had. After filling out the application, which to a long time for the staff to give to me, they said they will call me later once they had giving it to the lady that fosters the kittens. They never reached out to me to give me an update on the application so I gave them a call. Well, they said they didn't have any application that was turned in for that kitten ( which means the people working that day when I applied for the adoption threw it away or misplaced it). Very disappointed with this place, they were very unprofessional.

We love this place! We get fish here, cat litter, and Toys for our pets! They don't carry our dog or cat food here but that's okay, we auto ship from chewy for that anyway! The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable there. They treat us like family there and we always have a good experience. Just so you know, they price match anything in their store if you find cheaper online. We love this store and will always find a reason to keep shopping here . They Really love and care for all of the pets in their store and all animals! friendly

This place, eh. I wouldn't go back. They have a pretty large selection for a small pet store as well as friendly staff. They carry high- end products and items. However, every single item in that store is marked up at least 25-30% from normal retail (Amazon, petsmart, Walmart) which made me want to take my business elsewhere. On the other hand, it's a nice facility with nice products and staff, but just not worth it for the markup.
