I would like to first start out saying that I found the most amazing Verizon representative at the Berwick location and her name is Nautica just like the brand… We had a two day fiasco from the Richmond Hill, location where we were misinformed and misled on how to do a phone transfer that should’ve taken no more than an hour but turn into two days …. Nautica was able to resolve our issue same day and send us home with a working phone and performed a proper trade-in. If you need things done right when you’re upgrading your phone I recommend seeing Nautica. She is kind, nice, friendly, and knows her stuff.

I came to Verizon on Highway Ogeechee and I met with Annie. She was great and very professional, helpful and intuitive. She answered all of my questions. We are seniors and for us to have this kind of help it was a blessing.

This review is long overdue after the unforgettable, 5-star service provided by Christian at this location. After spending more than 5 hours on the phone with Verizon's customer service (by no means is this amount of time an exaggeration), and being transferred from one department to another, then back to a department, only to be told that I would need to go into a Verizon store to resolve my request, needless to say, I was out of patience when I arrived. After praying in the car, the Lord would have it that He sent me Christian. Not only was Christian a new employee to the Verizon store, but he proved himself to be more competent and knowledgable than the dozen or more representatives I had spoken to previously. All I needed was to reactivate a former business number and attach it to my new phone, so that I would still receive calls and texts. Thankfully, Christian resolved this within 45 minutes from the time I walked in. He couldn't have been more kind, professional, and compassionate towards my frustration. A problem solver with a can-do attitude, Christian is a huge asset to the Verizon team. For this request alone, Christian deserves a raise and recognition. I was so impressed and relieved when I left. THANK YOU a thousand times and more, Christian, for your help! To VERIZON CORPORATE: Be sure you recognize Christian, and those like him, who truly MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. If it weren't for Christian, you would have lost me as a 7+ years customer.

Reese Worthington provided EXCEPTIONAL service at this location!! Being totally honest, I went into verizon incredibly upset with the high costs of my recent monthly bills. Reese was more than understanding with my frustration and she went above and beyond to help figure out the cause of the overpriced bills. she spent over two and a half hours with me until the problem was resolved. I left verizon as a happy customer thanks to her!

On this day, I met with Mr. Mike Rodgers at the Verizon store on Gucci Road. I had a terrible fraud application on my phone that I was charged normal amount of money and he spent several hours helping me get this straightened out and as far as we’re concerned, he is the best, he is the best Verizon agent we have ever had, and I would highly recommend him for anything concerning Verizon

The Verizon team- Steven and Kia were absolutely amazing!!! I’m recently retired Vet with TBI and they set up everything with me with courtesy, respect, and professionalism like no others. Truly grateful. Thank you. They both should get raises and promotions!

Justin Zackery was an awesome sales consultant, definitely need to be in a leader ship position. He tried everything possible to get my phone working and spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support to no avail. He surely was a 10 oncustomer support.
