Staff was rude and not helpful. You enter the store and there is no organization. No one at a desk. No one to greet you. No place to take a number to be served. Just chaos. Glad that I am not a Verizon customer and now I never will be.

Bought a Samsung Fold on March 3 at a different store. On April 11, the fold screen broke since it was a week over 30 days they would t do an in store swap. I travel for a living so I went to the Savanah store and they said no problem they would ship one to my house under Warranty. It arrived the next day, BUT it was an S21, not a fold and it says if not shipped back in 5 days there will be fees in excess of 500$. So my wife went to the aspartanburg store and had to pay extra to have the right phone shipped the next day and was told it would arrive by noon on Saturday. As of Saturday morning, she saw it had not shipped and called Verizon to see what could be done. Despite the fact she was tracking UPS, she was repeatedly told she was wrong by verizon and that it was out for Delivery. I came home Saturday night and left again on Sunday, but there was still no phone. Monday, they attempted delivery, but because of travel, no one was home. I called customer service, which took 2 hours out of my day, which cost me a few hundred dollars in pay. I got run around again and again and the best they could offer was I pay a friend to go to my house to sign, I let a random hotel person sign and if it is stolen I am responsible. I asked to have it shipped to a Verizon store because it could be weeks before I am home again, and they don't deliver on Sundays when I am. I was told Verizon store managers can't be responsible for a package, so they recommend I rely on a random hotel employee instead. So because the store messed up, I have lost work time on 2 days and still do not have a fully functioning phone that I need for work. The only answer in the end was when UPS sends it back to Verizon, they will send another to my house at no cost, but someone still needs to sign for it.

Worst customer service that I've ever experienced from Verizon. They didn't want to assist with a porting issue. They gave me a number to call that told me to visit the store. When I visited the store they didn't want to assist.The store across from Savannah Mall is so helpful. They have intelligent associates that actually want to assist you with your phone.

I wish I could give this store, and Verizon overall, a 0 rating. I never have an easy time here. I do not recommend coming here and I definitely don’t recommend having Verizon as a carrier.

Hi,
I would be giving this review a 1 star but bc of the service that I eventually received from Carlos at this location HE deserves a 5 star review.I came into this location on 2/19 around 11am. A young lady was vacuuming the floor when I arrived. She asked me what I needed after a few minutes which was fine bc I noticed she was busy. I told her the problem with my phone. She never looked at my account and she never took my phone to inspect it. Instead she told me there was nothing she could do and I needed to call Asurion to make a claim.( black screen) When I had more questions her response was "Ma'am as I stated there's nothing I can do".Carlos heard our convo and asked to inspect my phone. He then noticed it was cracked and damaged. Carlos gave me the number to Asurion and talked me throught the online process. My phone will arrive next day delivery. I have 4 lines with Verizon but I was ready to take my business elsewhere today. This particular line is my business number, which is very important. Thank you Carlos for making me feel valued and like you wanted my business!

This store has the worst customer service ever, associates walking around not engaging with customers. The team members don’t have a clue about the products or how to fix problems for customers. Customers walking out because of their lack of knowledge and experience.

I put my social anxiety to the side to go into this store to get a feel for the 2 phones I’ve been looking at. I’m making a switch over to Samsung after having an iPhone for years and I’m ordering my phone online. The guy that I spoke to was very rude and made me feel awkward for even walking in the store. He didn’t want to speak with me about the phones and seemed like I was the last person he wanted to deal with. Not sure I’ll ever be visiting this store again.

Switched to Verizon recently for the iPhone 15. When they switched my account over they used the wrong account number (somehow) and made it so I cannot receive mms/sms or calls. I went back and was told that the port wouldn’t be complete until they had the right account number which they got wrong again. So I went back for a third time, was completely ignored explaining my issues and how this is the same issue I’ve had. Was then told I had to run back and forth between the stores to get the correct number that they got wrong. On top of multiple 15-25 minute waits. It is apparent this staff only understands how to gain commission of selling items. The kicker for me was being told “idk, I’m not tech support I do sales.”
