Purchased a used car from Vaden Nissan that had a broken interrior part. Finance Mgr offered horrible financing deal that I assume paid them the best comission. Got the run around from them for about 2 months with finally the mgr of sales promising to investigate about replacing the part but never heard from him again. Horrible customer service from never returning calls to unkept promises. Best to avoid this place.

If someone you care about is in the market for a vehicle, make sure you tell them to avoid Vaden Nissan at all costs.I am a young female and they saw that as the perfect opportunity to manipulate me into spending the most money possible (and unfortunately, it worked.) Upon looking through my contract, There is almost $8,000 worth of add-ons and things I don't even know what they are, none of which I asked for, which are now tacked onto my car financing at a horrifying 21% interest rate. They couldn't have cared less about helping me... they saw I was in need and completely took advantage of me. They are slimy and manipulative thieves. Oh, and their response to my complaints? "I'm sorry that you took it that way", the most backhanded, gaslighting apology you could offer. I am furious. Please, do not give them your business.... They do NOT deserve it.

Purchased a vehicle from VN of Savannah today. A+ on final deal, Shawn was our salesman and Daniel, Finance/General Manager made the deal work! The staff was explemanary in enthusiasm, providing all information that we requested, and working with us patiently until we both arrived at The Good Deal. Thank you DV Nissan of Savannah for your service and this positive experience. Would recommend this dealership.

ZERO STARSPaid $400 (with payments still owed) and picked up a repaired vehicle from them and it didn't even crank 3 times after getting it back. Paid for a second tow back to them and now they want $1500 to repair the car and make it actually run. This place will rip you off on repairs!!!How can more money be needed when you didn't repair the car in the first place. In fact the wire repair they actually did most likely created the alternator issue they now want more money to fix. I think I will take my other Nissan different dealership for the recall repairs I also need.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! RUN TO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! They are rude, conduct their business unethically and do not respond to phone calls, text messages or even certified letters requesting they correct their egregious ways. The horrendous experience began with Matthew Traywick. The details are too lengthy to list here but, as I live several hours away from the dealership, I asked Matthew to deliver the new car to my home - which, before the sale, he said would be no problem (he stated that on two separate occasions). Sadly, believing that Vaden Savannah was a reputable dealership, I agreed to purchase the car - and suddenly, Matthew was "unable" to deliver the car as promised. When I then, naively, still agreed to proceed with the purchase, I asked Matthew to deliver the car to the Vaden Statesboro. He said "I'm not comfortable with that for personal reasons." Upon my insistence, he sent a runner with my "new" car (supposedly delivered to Savannah on 9/21/22) with 653 miles on it and no window sticker. The drive from Savannah to Statesboro is 60 miles - so I could reasonably see the odometer reading no more than 75 miles as the vehicle was already sold when it was delivered to Savannah. The rude man who was the runner - and never introduced himself - then proceeded to take the license plate off my trade-in and take it back to Savannah with him. It took three phone calls - and three weeks -to Matthew to get the plate returned. One month later, I went to the DMV expecting to get my vehicle registration and was told "the dealer has not put your car in the system yet, so we cannot issue a registration." Calls to Matthew, Jeff Smith, Michael Johnson and Daniel were ignored - as were multiple calls to General Manager Frank Pizzirulli. Frank Pizzirulli did not even ACKNOWLEDGE, let alone respond to the certified letter I sent to him Sheila in their title dept. did attempt to sound like she was helping. AND DON'T BOTHER CALLING NISSAN NORTH AMERICA - they'll only tell you to deal directly with the dealership!! Finally, after more than THIRTEEN weeks I finally received my title - but HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE CARGO NET THAT MATTHEW TOLD ME WAS IN THE PRICE OF THE CAR OR THE CARGO COVER THAT I REQUESTED. THESE ARE UNETHICAL, UNCARING, UNSCRUPULOUS AND RUDE PEOPLE - PAY MORE FOR A CAR IF YOU HAVE TO AND SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND N STRESS!

Have been going here for a year and I only see Vanessa C! She is not only professional, but friendly helpful, respectful, and answers all my questions with honesty. I bought my very first truck with Toyota and want to take care of it the best I can but have little knowledge. Vanessa explains and helps me with all my present and future vehicle needs! She is absolutely fantastic! Just booked my next appointment with her!

0 STARS! I wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. These guys suck! First of all, DO NOT give them your car key, they will literally hold you hostage and practically beg you to get a car. I was there for HOURS! I kept telling the salesman I was ready to go. They were taking so long I didn't even want a vehicle anymore. I came in wanting to trade in my car which I only pay $375 a month for, told them I wanted to keep my monthly payment around there. These idiots come showing me a car with monthly payments of $675. I told them I could not and would not pay that. So in true dealership fashion, the salesman goes and gets the manager, as if he could persuade me better. I told his a** the same thing tf and manager Matthew kept saying things like "you deserve this car" "what if I make your payment a little lower" "well you make enough"....I said NO. All I wanted was my key back so I could leave. I had to tell them no and explain to them why I didn't want the vehicle a million times before I got my key. When you walk in they say they need your key for some d*** reason, but do not give it to them. Now I'm gonna have all these hard inquiries on my credit cause I know they ran my s*** up...which of course they said they didn't. I must look like boo boo the fool don't go here!!! Please!

So my experience with Vaden Nissan only gets worse with every visit. The pre-payed service plan they lied to me about previously, by saying I could go to any Vaden store was " pre loaded "with other BS. I signed up for 4 years of oil changes . Which raised my car payments roughly $48 per payment for the duration of my loan. Seemed like a good plan, because as I mentioned to the rep I drive a lot for work. They didn't tell me however that covers 4 that's right FOUR oil changes. I asked the service guy today if they expect one oil change a year. He said they usually equate it to two a year, but couldn't articulate how mine only covered 4.

Went to dealership to purchase a vehicle in my price range. I found one I liked and completed the paperwork. I was told that it was just traded in and needed to be put through the inspection process. I was called a couple of days later and told that they needed to replace a part and it would be a week. They gave me a loaner car for the time being. I was called by the Manager, Matt and he requested that I come in and ask for him. He then informed me that the engine was making a ticking noise and they couldn't sell me the car. He kept pushing me to buy a brand new car. I caved and bought the brand new car. Upon returning home I read the fine print and realized that the trade in value of the first car I "purchased" (and never took possession of) was $6000 short of the cash downpayment I gave them less than 2 weeks prior. I was swindled out of $6000! And to top it all off both the salesman and Matt told me that when I receive and email for a customer service survey I could bring in my car and they would fill my gas tank if I let them answer they survey for me.

I purchased a car about a month ago. The sales person told me that the car had been inspected before it was put on the lot. It was stated that there was a recall that had already been completed and the car only need an oil change. The vehicle I purchased was a BMW X3. After only a couple of weeks of having the car the car stated that it needed to have a service any oil change completed. I called Vaden and I called the original salesman who had called me over 10 times to come in to purchase the vehicle and I also spoke with Matt. Of course none of them were helpful and Matt repeated the same thing to me over and over and I quote we are not required to complete a full inspections on vehicles only the five point inspection. When I took the car to Critz dealership to be serviced and looked at it was discovered that the oil change neither oil filter had ever been touched or performed. It has also been discovered that the wheel bearings in the front and the back of the car needs to be replaced. And in good Vaden Nissan fashion I have not been able to speak to anyone in the service department sales or parts to get any assistance.

Memorial Day "Bait and Switch to a Veteran" I made a very explicit call to the dealership before agreeing to going there. The employee, agreed to some terms of sale. Upon arrival to the dealership I was advice that the terms were simply no good. That the employee made the agreement on his own, and they would not honor the offer he made. Approaching the managers simply got further finger pointing and no resolution. One of the managers even told me that if I did not have it in writing, it was simply not an agreement on their eyes. So, unless is in writing, DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. At least, that is my interpretation of his answer. Have lost all my trust in this dealership.

I set up an appointment to look at a used vehicle, it was priced decently, however it was not clean... at all, as well as the mikes being 6,000 more than what was posted online in the ad, and the color on the carfax said brown, however the vehicle was dark purple. Ended up not going forward with said vehicle, so we looked around some more, found another one that suited what I was looking for and in my price range. This vehicles miles were also 3-4,000 miles more than what was in the online post as well as this vehicle not being cleaned out. We(myself and a sales rep) start the test drive and instantly I can feel something wrong with the vehicle. It was shaking badly from 0-30 or 40 MPH and smoothed out SOME at any speed above that. It had a few accidents listed on the carfax so I was worried but it wasn't a deal breaker as long as it was fixed. I told the sales rep that it would need to be fixed, and he asked if we could come to an agreement on the price before having it fixed. I agreed, and verbally stated I would not sign anything or have them run my credit(don't want useless hits on my credit) we continued to negotiate on the price, came to an agreement. Then said sales rep begins to try to back me in a corner and start running my credit and having me sign things, and I repeated I would not do anything except verbally agree on a price until the vehicle was fixed. As well as catch him in a few lies. He walked away and came back shortly after and said "we'll call when it's done" and walked away. I knew right when he said that I wouldn't hear anything back. Beware because I've seen other reviews about being backed into a corner and signing before things that are required from their end being completed.
