This dealership was not like that, Connie just gave me the keys and let me go through the truck in my own time and under no time constraints. They let me test drive it unattended and for a good while. Because of the circumstance of my trade in, I couldn’t finance with them but Connie gave me options to finance with an outside bank and was able to get the truck. “The staff were helpful & friendly with scheduling & updating me on the status of my vehicle. I would have given five stars; however, there were two issues. The first issue was the long wait checking out. The second issue was the water sprayed on my vehicle to find a leak was not wiped off. Dried water spots were everywhere. I disliked the water spots more than the extended wait checking out. The vehicle was not brought in with water spots; therefore, I should not have left with any water spots on a black vehicle.”

“I saw a car they had for sale and I went today to test drive it. Thomas answered all my questions way before I got there and was very easy to deal with and not trying to do the hard sell which is great. I've been a shade tree mechanic for 51 years and I have been flipping cars for 10 years. Carey was on the lot at the time because Thomas was picking up parts so he enlightened me on all the fine points of the vehicle I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable and without trying to do a hard sell. Also, let me drive the Jeep I was looking at so that I could road test it myself without any interference which is always a good thing. I found the vehicle was in great shape for its age, literally pristine, and didn't really need any major work like you normally have with a used car. These guys are great, I've owned vehicles for over 40 years and these folks are honest and they're not ripping anybody off which is unusual in the used car world. I've worked in dealerships all over. Savannah. To say that I was impressed with both of these men would be totally adequate and I can honestly say that as a retired mystery shopper. I was treated well, I was given all the facts that I wanted with no issues and nothing hidden, and this was a super experience. A+++++”

I’ve been reading these reviews and don’t understand why people continue to blame the company?
I’ve bought many used cars which were sold as is, if you don’t understand what that means then you shouldn’t purchase a used car.
Used cars, especially high mileage used cars will develop problems, maybe a month, a year, or even longer down the road, but eventually it will need repair.
I bought new cars before that had problems months after my purchase, but I had a warranty with the new cars.
If you buy a used car take out a warranty on it.
Before purchasing a used car check out everything on it, the oil level, water level, transmission level, etc., look underneath to see if you can see any type of oil scattered on the bottom of the oil pan or engine, look for rust and possible damage from a wreck. If you’re not doing these things then don’t complain when something goes wrong.
When dealers receive vehicles this is what they do, they don’t intentionally try to sell you a lemon, because if they did they wouldn’t be in business for long.
Quit blaming them for things out of their control.
I guess people feel it’s easier to blame or be mad at someone else other than themselves.
Remember, just check out any purchase completely, and if it doesn’t feel right in your gut, don’t buy it.
