I was going through a lot of issues trying to retrieve my package and came to the Customer Center for help. Ms. Annette was able to help me out and retrieve the package I've been stressed out of my mind over! She is absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind with fantastic customer service; I am incredibly grateful to you!

Had a package (that I'd been waiting for a six weeks) that required a signature delivery. I was away on vacation and paid to schedule the delivery for when I was back. They ignored my APPROVED request and tried to deliver again. I then put in a request for them to hold the package at the facility, and I would pick it up. They again ignored my approved request. Now the package has been returned to the sender, and I'm in a scramble to get it.

Cannot contact. Package of my daughters birth certificate and passport and has been "being delivered" for 2 days. And then they changed the screen to reflect it was never being delivered. No one can tell me if it's on a truck. My daughter has now missed her flight. I'm tired of talking to people in foreign countries. I will only deal with the post office from now on. At least they're here in america.
@owners comment. Your virtual assistant is joke and useless. I have tried and they failed. Your company has failed at every turn.

I would give -5 stars if I could. At this point, there’s absolutely no possible feasible excuse for this nonsense. This package is my blood pressure medication. Whoever is in charge of the logistics at this place, definitely needs to end up on the Unemployment line. I had to pay extra for 2 day shipping on the 17th of July to be delivered on the 20th of July. It just sat for 3 days at the Savannah depot on the 20th, which is only 14 miles from my house. I’ve called UPS customer support twice and used the app customer support 3 times and none of them have any answers to why this nonsense is happening. Instead of just admitting they lost it so I could call and get a new prescription ordered, no they’re not going to do that, but what they will do is every day keep rescheduling it out a couple more days. Meanwhile, they just keep sending it to different states .I’ve never had problems with UPS delivery until I moved to this area. It’s sad when the local post office is more reliable and faster than UPS in this area. Ridiculous!!!

My package has been @ UPS Savannah Ga almost a week & I can't get it delivered. You can't talk to a human & their site keep giving a ship date that was about 5 days ago. I would like to know what is going on with me not getting my shipment?

Will hold your signature packages hostage and refuse to deliver. The incompetence of the employees makes the usps look amazing.

Pathetic service, over night a package and it turned in to 5 days. Customer service can’t even locate the package for me. And they don’t care and we all know it. Was an urgent order. I will take my business else where. Absolutely pathetic. Customer service even promised me that I would have it when I called to check in. Located the driver on my road and his dispatch can’t even locate it. Poor customer service.

The fact that I watched a UPS driver not even knock or ring on my doorbell and not even allow me to sign for my package is just lazy. By the time I got to my door, they already left a note saying they “missed” me. And then they claimed to have attempted a second delivery and did not. I shouldn’t be getting the runaround to receive a package that I have been home waiting for.

On 05/28 I received 2 out of my 3 piece order. My 3rd shipment was supposed to be delivered on 05/29. Received an email out for delivery however within 20 minutes received a second email my delivery has been rescheduled as requested by receiver. I am the receiver and made no such request. Now for the last 3 days I have been talking to several reps each time being assured my order would be delivered but yet it has not happened yet. I get told someone will call me back which also does not happen!!! Very poor customer service not even worth one star but of course this will not even let me post my review without giving at least one star!!! Typing this while being on eternal hold once again!!!

Absolutely worthless to try and call. Have a package that I ordered and being shipped to a PO Box. Only to be informed after it had shipped that they can’t deliver to PO Box. Tried calling several times to just be able to pick it up, but the automated answering service is absolutely useless, as it says package is on the way. Can’t speak to an actual person. I will never use UPS again

Waiting for a couple deliveries, (2 packages total, 1 requiring a signature) I've been sitting my apartment in silence waiting for the knock on the door. No knock, get a notification on my phone that one package was delivered, and delivery was "attempted" on the second. Ran outside as soon as I got it, pretty sure the delivery was subcontracted out. Sheer laziness. Going to attempt delivery on Monday when I'm at work.

This company is a freaking joke! Late packages after paying exorbitant amounts of money to be lied to about confirmation times and no adjustment on cost for late packages. They LIED about bad weather to justify late delivery and faked several “call backs” they were just voicemail notifications which as a business owner I KNOW is an option. This company is AWFUL, shame on you.

I will never use UPS again. The very fact that their automated system can't hear me clearly, even after I correctly pronounced a tracking number, slowly over the phone, and their system could understand me, and then allow me to proceed to customer service, and hung up on me tells me everything I need to know about UPS. They are not willing to engage their customers. Their software failed, and they essentially refused to talk to me. I am unable to get an important package to someone because their phone system will not allow me to talk to customer service. Nice going UPS.

Garbage service, they say delivery time 9pm in the app and they take the package at any time of the day (it is a package that requires a signature), I really don't understand how this garbage company exists, they don't allow you to pick up the package in person, The only option is that I have to miss a day of work to wait for the package at my house.You really have serious but mental problems, who can think of it or what thinking person can believe that the solution is to spend all day waiting for a package? People have a million things to do to spend a whole day doing nothing just waiting for a package, what a great solution you have!Do you also recommend the page... Have you used this page? Have you noticed how useless and outdated it is? The page is as incoherent as you are... And to close the comment, do you take into account the comments and ratings you receive? Really? Because I see that they have a disgusting reputation and they don't solve anything, I even think that they have an AI to respond to the msgs left here
