One of their managers Brissa or Reyesta was not the best. She didn’t have a name tag on so not sure if this was really her name. Also not sure if she was on dress code that day because she had no makeup on. I highly recommend having her refresh training on Customer Relations/ Customer Service on how to welcome and treat your paying guests. I usually get my hair done here and buy my usual skin care & makeup needs. I had a foundation that I needed to switch to a different shade but it unfortunately past the 60-day time frame. I would’ve switched the product before then but they didn’t have the color I need in stock to switch this out in time. The product I’m returning is still being carried in store so not sure why we can’t do an even exchange. I’ve returned a couple of items at Ulta’s before this so I didn’t think this was going to be a problem as long as you have the receipt you should receive at least a store credit even if it exceeds the 60 days. The picture below is what I was trying to return it was used once.

Ron at Ulta did my hair and he did amazing! I’ve got sooooo many compliments and people asking me where I got my hair done! 10/10 ✨ ? my hair looks and feels perfect!!

Love Ulta and the selection they offer, however, wish that the advertised "free gifts" with purchase were more available and the customer support persons made a better effort to find them and offer to you when purchasing the items.

I often visit this Ulta since it is across from the base where we live. Usually, the experience is very pleasant. The blonde African American girl who does the lashes and tint, whose name I forgot, is sweet and helpful. I know a few of the girls by name, like Mia and Nelly, but most by face.
Today, I went in with my husband. I wasn't really dressed up since I'm 9 months pregnant and it is extremely hot, so I was dressed pretty basic. However, the customer service was unlike anything I've experienced before. From the time we walked in, we weren't greeted by anyone. There was a white guy with light-colored hair who literally followed us through the store, which felt super awkward. He never once asked if we needed help or anything. He literally made us uncomfortable as if we were going to steal or something. I honestly feel as if it was because we were the only African American customers in the store. I felt like we were being racially profiled by him. Megan, our cashier, was not very friendly, and surprisingly, she's some kind of lead. She just seemed like she was having a bad day.
In May, I spent well over $1,000 in this Ulta, and in June, I spent over $500. Needless to say, after our experience here today, I'm contemplating whether I will visit this location again.

Ronnie is an ABSOLUTE Doll!!! He gave me the VERY LOOK/ color Other hairdressers/ Stylists would not! He listened then looked at the “canvas” my hair and created a fabulous look To recieve compliments from MEN as well as women tells the story! I just had a wax and tint appointment with Daizha. It was my very first time and I don’t even have eyebrows in general and she did such an amazing job! Definitely gave me a boost of self confidence and will definitely continue to go back and book with her!

After getting off work, I didn’t feel like going into the store to exchange primer that I previously picked up being the wrong one. I sent my daughter who does not wear make up into the store, she had no clue as to what to look for when she went in she was greeted by Jordan. I’m assuming he’s a cashier. He was pleasant, very helpful and didn’t mind showing her where it was while being professional having an awesome welcoming tone! I was hesitant about sending my daughter in alone due to the fact that I have gone in myself looking for items that I had no clue about since I’m a beginner and learning make up. Employees standing around talking to one another would look at me, not offer assistance and when I asked for help I get someone that point me in the direction or they called for someone else to come assist me cause it’s not their area. Jordan is beautiful inside and out and I hope more people in customer service positions could be as patient, understanding and ready to do their job like him!

This review is for Kelli H in the salon. She was absolutely amazing. I made a last minute appointment with her after my DIY blonde root touch up at home did not turn out so great! She was so patient and kind, understood exactly what I wanted, and put up with my 2.5 year old toddler that had to come with me last minute. I couldn’t recommend her enough and actually am going to stop doing my own roots and start seeing Kelli because I had such a great experience. I already booked my next appointment with her!

Elizabeth was sooooo helpful with my 70yr old mother. I was never a girly girl so couldn't help my mom in the make-up department. Elizabeth helped her with everything and made my mom feel beautiful. Thank you Elizabeth.

Hair products are very limited. The rearrangement of the store is confusing. The store checkout counter has been moved to the middle of the store versus closer to the exit - crazy.
