Very helpful, very professional. They didn’t have what I needed to rent (failed to make reservation) they set me up a reservation at another Uhaul. This is by far the best Uhaul I’ve been to.

If you’re going to change the pick up location, don’t wait until the day of, AFTER the pick up time to inform the renter. Also, if I rented a dolly, I should get a dolly. I don’t wanna hear “the dollies are really popular” or “they’re all rented out.” I know because I RENTED ONE! My overall experience with Uhaul was terrible and I definitely won’t be renting from you all again.

NEVER, ever rent from this location. Today my husband tried to help someone move and the employees at this location were racist and one of them flashed a gun at one of our friends. Police were called and a report was made, but I will never ever use this location in the future.

If you make a reservation at a certain location, it should be honored, I used them two weekends in a row and was forced to go to the Ogeechee Road store, as well as check in, on the second trip, I had more than enough gas replaced in the tank. I also received it lower than the documented Mark(this is the same way it was the first weekend I used a different truck. I guess that’s the way you make money). I documented this on the app. unlike other apps where you use your phone to take the pictures, the photos were not transferred to your phone, so I had no proof, even though I had documented it, so I was charged for a fuel charge incorrectly. In addition to reserving equipment on both accounts and it not being there, I hope in the future you can do better, but it was not an optimal experience, if there was another option, I would tell my friends to go there. My advice to anyone who rents there is to take your own pictures to document document everything and then make them give you a bill before you leave..

The associates that I worked with are amazing, Brandon was the best and he was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It’s really hard to come across people like that in customer service and he was nothing short of amazing. Thank you!!

While my cashier was helpful, when I arrived my assigned truck was not checked in. It took approx. 40 min for me to check out with vehicle due to some rude disrespectful Caucasian white male and other lot staff taking their sweet time checking in said vehicle. When my cashier radioed him asking for his status with checking in my vehicle so she can assign it to me, he told her "if they are in a rush, she can do it herself." Wow. While I refrained from cursing him out from head to toe, this was completely unacceptable. My rental was booked days prior, and I was in a rush due to needing to be home for my movers to arrive. There is no reason I should be waiting almost an hour to check out what was already booked to me. Not only that, but one of the dollies I rented out was given out and I was forced to pay an upcharge for the next size. The worse uhaul I have ever been to. Please keep your bad attitudes and ignorance in check when on the clock.

I parked my car . As soon as I get out a female employee yells out that I could not park in the spot . Mind you she could have said that when she passed by my car. There wasn't even a no parking sign in the spot. She seemed like she was already upset about something else. The owner of this establishment is losing business because of nasty employees

I reserved and paid for a truck, but when going to pick it up no truck was there. They held onto the money for a week before giving it back so I had to scramble to pay for a second truck on the spot. This also messed up the movers. Uhaul made an easy 700 sq ft move into a living nightmare. The GM is unprofessional, and currently yelling at me in emails because his company screwed up ??♀️ somehow that makes me the bad guy.

**DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY** Look at the other reviews and they have a pattern of refusing to release U Boxes at the scheduled time(s). I had to call the police and file a report today because of this incident.At 10 am this morning, my movers were scheduled to pick up a U Box at the Uhaul Storage Facility at 3488 Ogeechee Road Savannah, GA 31405. When they arrived, they were not permitted access to the box and asked me to call the facility to straighten things out. When I called the facility, the manager, Franklin, said he would not release the box. I gave him all the confirmation details over the phone and he admitted the move was scheduled for today, but he would not release the box. He did not give a reason.I drove to the customer service facility at 3802 Ogeechee Road and showed the assistant manager, Brandon, my confirmation details. I also had U Haul corporate on the phone with Brandon and they confirmed the delivery was scheduled for today, cleared the box to be released at 3488 Ogeechee Road, and told us to head over to retrieve it. Brandon gave me printed confirmation that this was resolved.When my movers and I arrived at 3488 Ogeechee Road, the man sitting at the front desk refused to release my U Box. I told him I had the printed confirmation from Brandon and he said he didn't care. He then told my movers to "get the f*ck out of his warehouse."I called the Savannah Police non-emergency line to tell them what was going on and they advised me to wait in my car until they arrived. Within a few minutes, a man on a forklift in a U Haul uniform circled my car and threatened to hit it by backing up and ramming it close to my vehicle. I was so terrified that I exited my vehicle and ran to my movers' truck for safety. The man on the forklift then threatened my mover's truck with the forklift in the same manner and I have a video of this altercation.Finally, a higher-level manager, Kia, came out and admitted there was a "mix-up" on their end, apologized, and agreed to release the box but not until 4pm. My movers had been there since 10am costing time and money.Consider your options before giving them power over your personal belongings.

Send me a dam email, text or phone call to notify me that my pickup location changed. I was supposed to pick it up in Rincon, Ga. I was there at 7am like my reservation email stated. That was POOR customer service. All I got was a $50 dollar credit to the credit card I reserved it on but not the card I paid with. I responded to an email with no response informing her to this discrepancy. Your customer follow up is awful. Ricardo at the Savannah location was EXCELLENT and professional in handling of my pickup as well as the manager. Both should be commended for their professionalism. Everyone one else did not do their jobs!

Poor customer service experience. We were dropping off a trailer and also planned on refilling 3 propane tanks. When we arrived to the drop location the gentleman told us where to park the trailer and while parking the trailer he disappeared. We were left to unhook the trailer ourselves and wait.Went inside to ask for help and they had several employees walking around eating pizza (on the sales floor) and not doing anything, with one employee shouting from the register that they better leave him some pizza.We asked for help with the propane and were told someone would be with us shortly. Asked to get a receipt for checking in the trailer and was informed that nobody had checked it in even though the gentleman told us where to park it. As I was checking in the trailer (for a second time) an employee comes from outside and says someone better get out there and fill that mans propane before he comes back in here(Implying that she was annoyed that he had to ask for help again). When I told her that man was with me and that it was unprofessional for her to talk like that about a customer she was embarrassed but did not apologize.Eventually the manager came out of his office to fill the propane. I told him about the poor experience and he apologized. Not sure that they will do anything about it. I've rented several Uhaul's in my life. This location definitely left a lot to be desired.

The location was very busy when I picked up the trailer. Service and interpersonal interactions were great. Excellent customer service.The outside team inspected the 5’x8’ trailer I was scheduled to pick up and did not like the way the trailer tongue coupler worked. So, they quickly substituted another trailer, inspected it and notified the inside counter service team of the trailer change. I was glad I rented this trailer from a U-Haul service center where they had more trailers to choose from.
