Terrible customer service by a gentleman working the floor. Website shows 8 batteries in stock, I couldn’t find them. Tried to get help from “Kevin” just for him to tell me that if I couldn’t find the batteries then they don’t have them… what would be his job if is not helping customers out when they can’t find something??? Definitely avoiding this store in the future.

Best WayBack in Savannah area is the one in Pooler Ga next to Crumble Cookies. The person to see is Khilar. My wife and I have the best experience everytime with our food and the welcoming staff and amazing atmosphere. They are #1 for delicious burgers!!!

If it weren't for Jonathan I'd don't know what we'd do. We go through over 700lbs of corn and 400lbs of dog food a month. Do the math TSC! Every bag is picked, loaded, delivered and poured by Jonathan. When I go to the store in between and if I see him, he doesn't even ask if I need help. He's the ONLY who snaps to and loads my truck. I can't imagine my world without him. He's an over performer. If you don't treat faithful hard-working people like Jonathan like gold, then you have no regard for your bottom line. If it weren't for people like him, your ratings wouldn't be where it is. Everyone sells what you sell but not everyone has a Jonathan.
If "corporate" doesn't respond to good ratings then how do you respond to bad ones? Get with it TSC!
BTW, and I know it will fall on deaf ears. Your ecommerce is deplorable. The website is THE SLOWEST most frustrating I've ever used. That's why Jonathan is a G-d send. I've offered TSC our 30 years on being in business help but you haven't solved your ecommerce. That's what happens when you outsource overseas. How many people abandon the process? I know, I'm a forensics auditor. You have over 12.5 Million unique visitors a month with a 49.8% Bounce rate. That means 50% that come to TSC online leave EVERY MONTH. Again, thank G-d for Jonathan!!

I cannot tell you how convenient it is to have Jonathan bring supplies to our home. He's an incredibly polite young man. If Jonathan didn't deliver on a regular basis I don't know what we do. It's people like Jonathan who are the unsung heroes of Tractor Supply. He's a real blessing.
