Our dog's cuts have been fine but if you want to set up an appointment you better drive and go in. They do not return phone calls, they dont answer phones, and they dont return texts even though they ask you to text them for an appointment. Their excuse, we are bad at that and dont have a receptionist. The last 2 times took 2 weeks of no response before I finally went in. This time, after 5 days of no response I had to go in. Bad business practice.

I would give 0 starts if I could. This eas the worst experience I've ever had. The girl behind the counter gave me so much attitude. I dropped my dog off at 1015 for an appointment and asked for a different phone number to be contacted when he was ready to picked up. They never called the number that was left after they asked what number would be good to reach for contact. Overall his haircut is fine, his nails however look like they have been mangled. They don't look like they had been cut at all. I went inside to inquire about his nails and the girl was quite disrespectful giving me attitude. I then inquired about how long my dog had been waiting since I never received a call. The girl again was defensive and disrespectful in her response. I asked why the number they were given wasn't called and how I had called their line with no response twice prior to picking up my dog. The girl then started saying "bye bye bye" in the middle of the conversation to get me to leave. She was quite disrespectful and I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service. Needless to say we will not be going back.

so disappointed, mostly in the staff. absolutely terrible treatment of customers. instead of addressing an issue regarding our service, the worker repeatedly said “goodbye” pushing my family out of the store. not only did we not get the service we requested, a call when our dog was ready, or an acceptable response regarding the service. overall disappointing. bad service, mean staff.

My Miniature Golden Doodle (Male, 1 years old, name: Bubbles) was in need of a new groomer and Top Dog came through. They didn’t have a website or any pamphlet or anything I could find. So I walked into the place, got good vibes, and got more information about services provided and cost estimates. They explained their availability and their method of contact being call or text. From my understanding, it depends on the service, breed/weight, temperament, etc for price.He got a bath, haircut, dental and nail care, and the blueberry spray smells amazing. Totally worth the cost. He had no scrapes or cuts and was acting as bubbly and playful as ever so I think he enjoyed it. I would recommend this place so far based on our first experience.

Took my Goldendoodle here and was very nervous as she is very high energy but they did such a good job with her and she looks so beautiful ☺️☺️ thank you guys for taking care of her!
