Great prices for the items that I come in for and the discount program for repeat customers is amazing. I save so much money buying here. Customer service is always the best. You can tell that they appreciate your business. They will always order items for you if they don't have what you need. If you buy these types of products often, this is the best place to go to save money.

Ever since I heard about Tobacco Palace I was skeptic . But after going in I was just amazed how big of an inventory they have and what good quality all their products are. Not only that , the prices are way better than any other headshop that I’ve been to in town and Mihir, who runs the store is way more than helpful with explaining and helping you find what you want! I tell all my friends to go there and they all have transitioned to just his store! If you want great quality at a fair price, Tabasco Palace is your place!!! I give it 5 stars!

Purchased a disposable vape here. I took my product and left the store. On my way home I opened the vape and tried to smoke it, and it was clearly already burnt out. The coil was burnt and was making a sizzling noise whenever I smoked it. Also couldn’t taste any flavor. I came back the next day not even a whole 24 hours later. I wasn’t rude or hostile. I went to the store clerk and said I don’t know what’s going on with this vape. I proceeded to show him the hissing noise and asked if he knew what it was. He proceeded to yell at me and call me a liar. He said I’ve probably smoked the whole thing and came back to try to get over on him because people try to do it all the time. I said I’m not people. I come in this shop very often and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue. He would not listen and proceeded to continue yelling at me saying I’m a liar and he snatched the vape and gave me a brand new one. I opened the new vape and it had the same issue!!! I just left because it wasn’t worth my time or energy. I should’ve listened to everybody who told me that they sell PHONY PRODUCTS here. I tried to give them a chance but now I can honestly say I won’t be going back.
