Thomas Palmer’s agency has been good to me from the get go. My insurance rate skyrocketed when I moved to Georgia and was forced to shop around. He was able to give me the most discounts with a reasonable rate. Mr. Palmer personal called me every time before my plan was set to renew in order to discuss what the best discounts would be for me.If you’re looking for an agency that actually cares about saving you some money, go with them.

Had insurance with them for 3 years. Instead of being a good driver without any tickets or claims they decided to raise my insurance by near $100 a month. Spoke with Amy about the issue and was told that would be the best price I would find. 5 minutes later, I switched insurances and ended up saving over $150 a month. I recommend shopping around before deciding to settle or have someone tell you there’s no better option.

I switched from GEICO to Allstate last year and saved over $900. I am so glad I saw a leftlet from the Palmer Allstate Insurance. My switch was seamless and I have been treated very well. So much so, I switched my home insurance as well, saving $1200.Great company, greater staff!
