I have lived here for just over 2 years now and I am super pleased with management! If there's a problem, maintenance (Tiffany and Charles) will be there to make sure it gets fixed. I had to pop by the leasing office and Vincent was super helpful, nice, and understanding! Love 10x Trellis!!

I have been a residence here for 2 years, and I really love the place. The units are very spacious, and top tier. The staff is EXCELLENT. Vincent in the office is very helpful, always goes the extra mile to help the residents, and always planning something fun. Maintenance most definitely pulls their wight. Tiffany gets the job done right and you don’t wait forever. I highly recommend 10/10

This 5 stars is not for the property, but for Vincent specifically. He is an an amazing asset to this complex and really makes sure to help the residents when we need it. He goes above and beyond to keep communication clear, and we truly appreciate. The complex itself I'd give 4 stars. Our building is clean, safe and fairly well maintained. Thanks!

Promise made Promise kept even through new management, our lastestNgreatest ✨Management/Staff Vincent is the absolute smartest, and consistent staff that ✨Dan has ever employed! I’m not exaggerating. I say that to say this: “He does his ‘HOMEWORK’ in knowing the residents needs, up keeping the premise and the amenities are up to par!!! So I say 5 Star ✨⭐️⭐️“Apartment/Home!!!”; “Luxury Apartment” “Dog Friendly w/2 dog parks”…… decade resident amongst the other half of decade residents here ??✨✨✨✨✨ ? ? ? ? ?

Imma keep it short an simple. Rent was raised $400 after 1 year. Pool was barely open, trash everywhere, compactor never works. Bugs and roaches. Loud Train right behind the apartment, apartment wasn’t ready for move in date, had to wait almost a week. Trash fee after new management even though the compacter wasn’t working, wasn’t the residence fault. Gate didn’t work majority of my stay. Fake flooring and cheap paint on the walls. expensive rent for low budget materials. Pest fees but there’s bugs everywhere. Summer is the worst because bugs live inside ur apartment during that time no matter how much u clean.

Beware of this complex. My wife and I lived there for 2 years. We moved out over 6 months ago. Paid all fees and did the walk through. They called me 3 months after informing us they filed an eviction notice filed a credit report for unpaid rent. Even though we have all our paperwork showing that our lease with them is settled and would no longer have occupancy in the apartment. After we fought to get this settled. They now have fraudulently charged our card for pet screening for a renewal and have sent us more bills saying we owe money. If I could rate less than a 1 star I would. This is a nightmare to get anything resolved. I have sent multiple emails with no response even including the property manager Dan.

The Trellis is a beautiful place to live..it’s not perfect but not apartment complex is. They strive to resolve issues and the leasing team is working very diligently to build camaraderie among the neighbors and community. Tiffany ( maintenance) works very hard at her job to see that everyone gets taken care of as quickly as possible. She really needs a raise. Vincent is always smiling and willing to help and serve the tenants to ensure top customer service. Also Karoke Nights are LIT!! ???

I have lived here for 2 years! The leasing office is HORRIBLE. They will ignore any complaint you have. It’s a gated community but the gate is always broken. They charge you for trash but the trash compactor is always broken and you will see trash piling up to the sky. The people that work in the office are rude. If you do move here pay for a garage because my car was damaged in the parking lot on 2 separate occasions & the office claimed not to have cameras but then said cameras caught me speeding in the parking lot. So they only have cameras when it’s convenient for them. My lease is up March 2024 & I’m going to be so happy when I leave. I’m actually thinking about paying an early move out fee. That’s how much I hate this place. Move here at your own risk!

Tiffany in maintenance is the back bone of this complex. Literally without her this apartment would be the worst. She literally is a “customers first” advocate & I appreciate that so much. She will handle everything with car AND IS UNDERSTANDING! She needs a raise!!!

I moved in 4/15/23. I walked in to an apartment that was not move in ready! I was relocating from Smyrna, GA (4 hours away) and I was contacted one hour before I arrived and informed that the apartment was not yet cleaned, the floors were just finished, no one from the leasing office was available to walk me through the apartment, but that the cleaning lady had my keys. I walked in and it was absolutely worse than I imagined. There was dust everywhere, cleaning hadn’t been started, no cleaning lady and I had no idea where my keys were. I called my movers and told them to take their time in order to buy time for the apartment to get cleaned. About 1/2 hour later the cleaning lady arrives and assures me that she would get everything cleaned. The maintenance person arrived and was installing blinds but informed me that they were temporary due to the fact that they didn’t fit and blinds were on order. The next day I sent an email to the leasing office with ALL of the items needing to be addressed. My number one complaint was the roaches, Fridge- ice maker wasn’t working, light bulbs needed to be replaced, blinds for the living room, bedroom needed, both tubs clogged, toilet continuously running, tub and sink stoppers, closet doors off tracks, leak under the sink. To date, I still need living room blinds, one of the blinds installed in my bedroom is not centered properly, bathroom sink still doesn’t have a stopper, there’s still a roach problem, one of the lights in the guest bathroom doesn’t work. No one from the office has followed up, however, they indicated that work orders are completed and they are NOT completed.I’ve been here for 2 months now, how much longer before my items are addressed?

I lived here for 2 years. The first year was okay. There was an upstairs neighbor who was horrible. Music was being played at 2AM until 5AM nightly. I reached out to the leasing office (Melissa and Marisa) multiple times via email and phone calls to no answer or results. I even recorded videos of the music with time stamps and nothing was done. After about 3 or 4 months, I finally get a response from the leasing office and was told to reach out to the police so he can receive a citation from them. So I did and the police came a few different times and the neighbor didn’t answer the door so there was nothing the police could do. One of the times I called the police he informed that there wasn’t much that the police could do. It was all the leasing office responsibilities which I figured but was lied to and mislead from the leasing office. Then the same upstairs neighbor brings to flood my apartment. I continued to reach out to the leasing office about the situation. Nothing was done until year 2 of being there living under the same neighbor. Maintenance was gracious the entire experience. Ryne would come and dry out the apartment each time. Even though the leasing office did nothing about the situation the entire time, I was told by someone who worked on the property that they were fully aware of my situation. I assumed that they just didn’t care to handle it. I do not recommend living here because once you move in and pay the bills, you are on your own! If this could happen to me, it can happen to you! Beware!

After settling into my new, spacious beautiful apartment home, I feel like I can give the Trellis a proper and well-deserved review. First, let me start by saying this IF YOU STOP BY THE TRELLIS website more than ONE time, that is your sign to lease here! Same happened for me-there was a "charm" about The Trellis when searching around. I relocated here out of state-so you know how overwhelming that can be. I've lived here for almost two months, and I still love it. Scenery is beautiful (ponds, wild life/nature) and its super quiet in the evenings-perfect time to wine down on your patio. There's so much space in the apartments! The open floor plans are really worth every penny. As far as the staff: Maintenance team is highly responsive and friendly. The manager: Marissa: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is super professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for the Trellis community and its residents; Hunter and the other young lady who work with Marissa are sweet as well. They are always bright and cheerful when I've had to go into the rental office. I'm big on presentation, integrity, and character. This management team has all three. Humbly and respectfully, -Signed a pleased new resident.

Currently sitting in my apt on day 5 with zero AC. I’ve put in 3 work orders, sent an email, and spoken with the office staff. I was told there was no one capable on staff to fix the AC or able to even check it. There’s been no update, zero attempt to contact me to correct the situation. Ever since new management has taken over this place has been ridiculous. By far one of the worst experiences. I’ve called multiple numbers listed by response from The Trellis/RPM from other google reviews and the numbers either don’t work or it goes straight to a generic voicemail. It’s 80 degrees in my apt. This is criminal and negligence and the property management is entirely responsible or should I say lack of management. Incompetence all around.

If nothing else the maintenance workers are the hardest working people I've met. Ryne helped me to unlock my car when my dog was stuck on a hot day, and Tiffany, on top of apartment maintenance, will power wash the spaces that need it. The maintenance workers are truly diverse workers and are gems inside of the gates.
