David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. I will always recommend David Schachter to any person looking for an attorney .. hands down best lawyer in Savannah or should I’ll say south east GA.

My experience with Mr. Schattner was wonderful. We settled very quickly with my child custody case. He asked for everything I wanted and I received it. He was a bulldog in the courtroom and worth every penny. I recommend Mr Schattner and his staff. They are all AMAZING.

After a long journey of 10 years and several court hearings I can truly say there is no other attorney that I would trust to fight for the safety of my child other than David Schacthner. David is a very busy, very sought after attorney and with good reason, you wont find another attorney of his caliber. Even with his busy schedule he always makes time for important preparation even if he has to sacrifice his personal time on a Sunday evening. His ability to quickly review, process and retain so many intricate details of your personal case while also dealing with other clients is truly an astounding gift. David is brutally honest without sugarcoating things, he says the difficult realistic truth that you don’t want to hear and I’ve learned over the years why this is so important. I’ve spent the majority of my daughter’s life fighting for her safety from an extremely dangerous, relentless and deceptive person. Finding yourself in the middle of a custody battle is stressful & overwhelming enough & I would never wish such a terrifying situation on anyone. I have known so many other parents with similar situations and I was horrified to hear about the the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism presented by their hired council which paled in comparison to my experience with David Schacthner and his team which has been by far exemplary. I was so blessed to find David Schacthner in 2013. During my very first consultation with him he took immediate action to cancel a hearing that had been scheduled without my knowledge and set up a strategy to gain evidence of the level of deception I was dealing with. We were able to prove the fraud upon the court in two separate cases and I walked away with full legal custody with the plaintiff only being awarded supervised visitation indefinitely!! Unfortunately it has been a continuous battle with my child being abused even with supervision but again under David’s advisement and years of fighting justice has prevailed and my child is protected!! I know that could not have been achieved If I had hired another attorney. He is expensive but he will deliver results that exceed your expectations and that makes it worth every penny!! If you find yourself in a custody battle he is the fighter you want by your side. His level of experience, knowledge of the law, ferocity in the courtroom & passion for justice is the combination that you need if you truly want to protect your child. When your child’s safety is at stake you go with best!! I will forever be grateful to the judge, David Schacthner and his team of professionals!

I was contacted by the attorney personally to first off apologize for the first encounter but to also make sure my needs were met.
I appreciate that more then I think he understands. We are scheduled to have a consult with him and hopefully get some advice on how to handle our situation. Thank you so much for reaching out and just simply making taking the time to make sure we knew that our initial concern didn't fall thru the cracks! **
Called Just Now to Inquire about a Consultation... We are ready and able to move forward with one however the receptionist sounded like she didn't want to be bothered also sounded like she was eating in my ear... Not a great first impression :/ Thanks anyway

If you are in need of a divorce lawyer, I cannot stress enough that you should hire Mr. Schachter. You will not be disappointed. He is worth every penny. I was blown away by him in court. I was in the most stressful situation of my life. I was willing to settle for a lot less financially to be done and was hesitant about asking for some things, but he assured me and advocated for me and fought (and won) for things for me that I never thought possible in my divorce. He is a bulldog in the court room, incredibly smart, remembering even the smallest details that can truly help. I truly believe he could help anyone get what they want and deserve. For my first hearing, I had insufficient counsel and it was a nightmare. I hired Mr. Schachter and my final hearing was drastically different. He didn't give up. I am so thankful I decided to hire him and I know you would be too, if you are reading this. Things could have been drastically worse for me, but instead we are celebrating.

David will take on Goliath, and win.I thank God every day that I was awarded custody of my children after an extremely contentious divorce in 2015, but since then my ex-spouse has done everything in her power to make my life hell, even hurting my children to get back at me. No one would hold her accountable for her actions. After my child was placed in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, I had enough, and that’s when I called David. He listened and immediately took action when others told me I should be grateful that I had primary custody of my children, especially considering I am a minority, military veteran, and single dad. He picked up my cases where my previous attorney had left off and the difference was night and day. David is a fighter. Armed with an unfailing knowledge of law, the ability to craft strategies to win the fight before it even begins, and the wit and cunning needed to perform in the courtroom. He goes over every detail of the case, leaving no stone unturned, and comes to court ready for battle. In the courtroom, he is always two steps ahead of his opponent and doesn’t for one moment let the lies go… he doesn’t let the deceit go… and he doesn’t give an inch. After more than 5 years of lies, manipulation, and constant conflict, I can finally say my children are safe, they have been given justice for the things they were put through, and my ex-spouse has finally been held accountable for her malicious actions. No one else could have made that happen except David. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will never stop thanking him for helping me protect my children.
