I am the pastor of Higher Ground Baptist Church. The Mouse Pad has provided computers, service and technical support for our Church , The Ark, our before and after school program and our school. They are always punctual,competent and accommodating.

I love working with The Mouse Pad. Whenever I have a question or need help with my laptop, I put in a help request and the issue is resolved immediately. I trust them so much that when it was time for me to upgrade my personal laptop a year or so ago, I hired The Mouse Pad team to do it, and it is the best money I have every spent on technology.

The Mouse Pad just installed phone and network equipment for our satellite office. Phone system works great and I walked into the office, opened my computer and connected as if at was at our main office. The timeliness, service and quality were awesome.

From start to finish, Jeff and his team were outstanding to work with. My hard drive crashed on the only computer I used for our business. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem immediately, The Mouse Pad team was able to back up EVERYTHING, and install a new hard drive with all of my files already on it. Now we have steps in place to remotely backup all of our files daily on the cloud. I will always use The Mouse Pad and gladly refer them to all of my friends, family, and clients because they truly are Reliably Awesome!!!

Jeff came in and in an hour knocked out an issue I have been having for months with our surveillance system! He provided quality and friendly service.
