Being without power and no generator for 4+ days I went to Fresh Market where they have the prepared foods available. Everything in the section is cooked, general chicken, orange chicken, chicken breast ect.
Decided to get a chicken pot pie.
Get home to eat it and it’s frozen.
Would be nice for them to tell you the food is frozen in the prepared food section.
BS.
Should of gone to Publix

I came into this store on Friday specifically for a whole chocolate peanut butter cream silk pie. The lady went and got it from the back, brought it back, spent several minutes at the cash register, and then slapped a $40 tag on it. I questioned her as I thought $40 was ridiculous and knew I had never paid this before. I asked if she rang me up for individual pieces or for a whole pie, and she responded that they charge “by the piece” even if you buy whole pies. I told her I had never paid this at the Augusta store, but once again she assured me that this is how they do it. I just got on the website to see that this pie is actually supposed to be $19.99. I was charged double for this pie. I understand mistakes happen but PLEASE make your employees aware of this mistake so other people aren’t charged double in the future. I wish I had my receipt and I’d demand a refund.

We shop with you in Savannah Ga at least three times per week. We are seniors and enjoy your Thursday Bistro meal deals but it seems like every week lately you forget to order salmon or so your very nice employees tell us. Please do a better job on ordering the fish. Your store is always clean and employees are very friendly. We enjoy shopping with you

Love going to this store because the vibe reminds me of a Whole Foods, Sprouts and Trader Joes. My only issue is for them to please keep the disabled in mind. They're were no shopping scooters and the only thing wasca wheelchair with a basket that couldn't go down when your feet were on the foot rest. My husband was discouraged and couldn't shop. Please invest in some shopping scooters.

I asked for wings. He told me they would be ready in 12 minutes. So I waited and this man totally ignored me as I stood in front of him watching him out all the wings in the display, so I went to a different part of the counter where a young lady that didn’t seem to want to be to work told me to go back to the man who was ignoring me. Them she comes and starts preparing the wings for me and when I asked for a price for something else that wasn’t even labeled she tells me that I’m gonna have to wait. This is why I only sho at Publix.

I ordered groceries from the store made sure everything I ordered was in stock according to the website and now the shopper is telling me like half the order is out of stock this place is terrible what a joke! I will never order groceries from here again

This location is sub par. I moved from Atlanta to Savannah and went to Fresh Market all the time in Buckhead. I am a repeat customer. I have been to Savannah location several times and the food hot section never has anything. Very disappointing when you are looking for something to take home for dinner. Please get your deli / hot food section together, please....
