TDA Investment Consultant Ben Witcher was a tremendous help. I came in right before close on Dec 23 and he gladly helped as if I was only concern irrelevant of the time, or time of the year. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He has also followed up with a phone call & email, continuing to make sure my accounts are setup to my needs.

Worst company for investors, especially minorities. Discrimination is at dangerous levels. Will close account after first deposit and hold money for months.

Very rude. Went in to deal with my fathers estate and the guy I spoke with refused to accept the court order showing that I was the executor of his estate and death certificate. He refused to process the paperwork to cash out his account.
