The first time I went brought in all the necessary documents. Never heard back from them, then the car I was looking at was sold. The second time, I had to contact them back after submitting an application again. Now they won't sell me a car because of where I live. Then they called me yesterday about buying a car after we just spoke about why they won't sell me one even though I have the income. Told the salesman I would be going elsewhere.

I have bought all 3 of my last cars from Swanns. A Chevy Cobalt, Chrysler and a Kia. They never put me in a lemon and if the owner or Duwan doesn’t think it’s a car for me they don’t sugarcoat it. My credit was pretty bad and the owner stayed on the phone and made something happen even after getting a few no’s. I’ve also sent 2 people to them and each of them drove off with a car too.I swear by SWANNS. My next car will be brand new but if not I would’ve been going right back to SWANNS.

I just want to first off say thank you to the Swann’s team you guys were so amazing and friendly as. My Salesman Charles was very awesome he made sure I was well taking care of and he was willing to work with what I brought to the table. The process was fun and amazing I never laughed so much today. But again I love my car & I would recommend this place over and over again. ?

I just want to say I had a great experience with this car dealership!!! My car literally burned down on Tuesday and I found this dealership online gave them a call and I was in a new car by Thursday!!! They’re affordable and will work with you ii promise and I’ll always thank them and refer people to them to keep their business moving as they should !!!! ?

This place is good at first & they be talkin like the know a lot but they are bad business my car was all good at first but 3days to a month after I got it off the lot . It ran hot & I needed many parts fixed now it’s in the shop a month later and I need a new engine I recommend no one to go here make sure your car is good before you leave the lot because they not gone help you fix it once it start having problems they are going to give you the run around
