Nothing out of the clearance bin rang up correctly. The person checking me out did not want to help and told me it must be full price things that customers placed in the clearance bin. Only after I refused to buy them at full price did she begrudgingly check.

Clearly one of the worst Staples In Savannah Georgia.. Employees are rude and they don’t mind ignoring you and avoiding helping you. I went there yesterday and it was 3-4 employees working and only 1 attending to the customers AND SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE!! Like it’s our fault y’all are UNDER STAFFED AND UNDER PAID! I’ll go to OFFICE DEPOT INSTEAD!!

We got here at 545 and needed to grab some ink. The gates on the store were already pulled shut and the parking area was empty. Hours for Sunday show 6. We had plenty of time to grab the ink and out before time.

Ti is amazing! She works in the Copy, shipping, and print section. From the moment I enter, she greeted and ensured that she will take care of me. She did just that! Ms. Ti needs a raise, she is the ideal of what a Staples employee exemplifies. She went up and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I will only shop at this branch because of her customer service! 5/5!

Brittany in the print services department is absolutely fantastic! Oh my goodness. How blessed is this Staples to have someone so personable, friendly, skilled at what she does, and efficient at multitasking. Brittany handled a heavy log of orders and several walk in customers with ease when I came in, and I was very impressed! I’m not the type to write google reviews often, but my experience with Brittany actually had me calling my mother to talk about how outstanding this woman was and my staples experience was. Need printing? Don’t go to any other location but this one, and ask for Brittany!!!!!

I asked them if I can have a passport photo taken and also sent by email. They told me NO. If the photographs are taken with a digital camera, why they cannot send it by email to customers? Is that so difficult?

Came to the store after seeing this ad for 9.99 but in store price was 19.99. Where I'm from this is considered a bait and switch and is not legal.One representative up front told me they would price match it but the cashier refused to.So yeah, I guess this is a bait and switch.

Ordered same day prints and didn’t hear back from them so I called multiple times. They kept picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Drove up there only to find out my prints aren’t ready because “they’re closed” (5:30pm) but the store is wide open and not many customers (per usual, that’s why I ordered here because they’re never busy.) adjust store hours and lock the door if y’all are closed and call corporate to have them disable online same day pick up. Poor management!

Sam, from the Tech side of Staples, was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to figure out what the problem with my order was, even though it had nothing to do with his area. I really appreciated it!
