Bill changer can just take your money and then you got to wait for a refund in the mail all I was doin is making change this is ridiculous. Only needed 5 dollars and it too the whole 20 my gas money and my food money gone until I get it in the mail and I didn’t even get to wash my clothes. Only one number to call and the guy can only put the whole 20 on a laundry card that’s not what I came here to do been coming here since a kid when I stayed around the corner when they use to do dry cleaning and had a soda machine inside. I’m never coming back here again

Used to be awesome and have a wonderful cleaning lady, now the three people there are right on your feet telling u to move instead of mopping around. Very rude!!!!!. And feeling like I'm being stalked because standing behind me waiting for me to move my clothes so they can dust. This is ridiculous!!!!

I have to get a stupid card and dryers are 2 minutes a quarter. I'm sorry, that's robbery. New York city has better prices than y'all. Get over yourselves and stop robbing people in a poor area. THE NATIONAL AVERAGE is 6 minutes a quarter. Imagine rolling up on a random gas station for $8 a gallon and you have to buy their silly card to use the pump. I'm going somewhere else. ?
