I will never buy a used car from this company. They basically put me in a lemon. I haven't had the vehicle for an year. They made sure once the vehicle was of the lot to no longer want responsibility of the vehicle. Money hungry is what they are.

Justin Groves and the finance guy Phillip were soooo great! Such a blessing to me and my family. They worked with diligently and got me exactly what I wanted and more at the best deal. I was trading in my Chevy trail blazer and got a new 2025 Honda pilot. Total upgrade. I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for being the best!

It was wonderful! No high-pressure sales person to deal with. We used Ryan who was awesome. Of course buying any car is on lengthy process, but Southern motors Honda made it so easy. No muss No fuss. They bent over backwards to work with us and they work their behind off. Especially Ryan. This is my third vehicle I have bought through Southern motors Honda. And that is who I will keep buying them from. Also, their service department is stellar.

Buying the car was a great and pleasant experience. Ryan made the whole process easy to navigate as he was very honest and transparent with all the information we needed to know. He wasn’t ever pushing us when we weren’t ready and was extremely helpful when we were. Great service last week but most of all had the best customer care from Paige McDuffie
Post update. After Paige McDuffie left Southern motors my experiences with service were nightmares. I would make an appointment and after waiting for my car for hours would be told they had not gotten to it yet or they didn't have the part so I would have to come back! . Once told I would have to leave the car til next day ( I live out of town) which I could not do. Service was so bad after Paige left I traded cars at another dealer.
