My son had appointment at 9:30 and new patient here today we left from Rincon to Savannah it takes 34 minutes to get there we arrived bout maybe 20 minutes late due to traffic in the morning from hwy 21 to Savannah and someone said they could see us so we have to reschedule with a nasty attitude so we won't be going back here anymore

I had the best experience at AllerVie. I live 2 hours away, got there and didn't have to wait but a minute. They all listened and asked questions to make sure we are getting to the bottom of what's going on with my health. So glad I decided to make the drive!

I was referred here by my primary care doctor. At the first visit I had to move exam rooms because the doctor did not want to walk that far from his office. Great first impression. Then the doctor told me he was retiring later this year. I should have left right then. After the allergy testing he told me I would start allergy shots. They were to call me when to come start those. No one called. After a month I called them. I was told they had no record of me needing shots. Now today they sent me a bill for almost $1600 for testing and shots. I have never had the first shot. It is difficult to get anyone on the phone. Avoid this place at all costs. I start soon with a different allergist. It has to be better than this place.

Absolutely horrible experience with this practice, I do not recommend anyone going here for care. For my first allergy test appointment, which was on the books for a few months, I rearranged my work schedule and show up Monday afternoon, just to be told they don't have the material on hand to due the test! Then, I rescheduled my follow-up appointment for one month later, only to have them cancel it two hours before because they realized my appointment was scheduled too late in the day! Each of these instances alone are unacceptable, yet alone both. They don't have a local doctor on staff and instead rely on a doctor driving in from 4 hours away to see patients only on Monday and Tuesday morning (otherwise you are seeing a nurse practitioner), and their facility appears pretty run-down. I have been referred to a different practice and will not be returning here.
