I originally waited outside the shop for my wife to shop like most husband do lol. I decided to check on her to see the holdup only to find myself shopping for few things myself. They were even kind enough to order out of stock items and shipped to me.

Check your merchandise before purchasing. I purchased a scarf and realized once I got home, it had a hole in it. I returned to exchange it, but they didn’t have any more like it, and I needed that specific color. I was told by the owner that “they didn’t know it had a hole” in it and they wouldn’t give me a refund… Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. When I was shocked, they proceeded to make the situation worse by telling me I had accused them of intentionally selling me damaged merchandise. It had never even crossed my mind that they had intentionally sold it to me that way. The only thing I had assumed was that they would take care of their customer and return it.
I recently moved to the area and was planning on supporting this locally-owned business, but now I won’t be returning. It’s too bad they lost a repeat customer over a scarf…

Great shop and an even better shop owner. She was so nice to my self and my husband. I was debating between two dresses. She told me to go ahead and try it on and even helped me tie up the dress! She gave us great tips on where to eat too! If you are in town stop by. Great boutique, and even cuter dresses!

Every time I go to Savannah, this is my go to boutique. She has all the newest and different types of clothing. One of a kind that you just don’t find any where else. The prices are very reasonable. The Jewelry is beautiful and of great quality. The owner is super nice and helpful. I love this place.

We We’re visiting the Savannah Georgia area and my family and I ran across this quaint hidden gem of a shop. The owner and staff were very helpful and pleasant. But most importantly everything was beautiful and prices varied but definitely affordable. When we come back will stop in again for some great finds for sure! Love my ring ?

The lady was so busy playing with her personal computer that she would never acknowledge anybody walking in or around the store. I have plans to go into the store and purchase something but she would never even look up long enough. Once I left the store I asked several people who walked out with me where they greeted or did anybody ask they need assistance

Wonderful shop on the square with a variety of merchandise to tempt us! From shawls to jewelry to apparel. My eye caught a lovely sterling silver ring with black crystals that I wanted for my pinky finger. The clerk had been friendly enough when we entered, but stayed behind the counter. When she saw my hesitation about buying the ring, she opened up and closed the deal. Some people aren't outgoing, but once they get out there, they can be very friendly. I like this shop & will definitely return on my next visit to Savannah!

There was a cold wind blowing on that Saturday Morning, Mom and I were out exploring the squares, but I was getting too cold. We stopped into Silver Silk & Beads and saw some of the prettiest pashminas and they were reasonable priced too! There were silver pendants based on the wrought iron fencing, I wish I had picked one of those up, as those were absolutely gorgeous.

I am so happy we stopped at this wonderful boutique store located in the Savannah City Market. The jewelry is unique and one of kind. They also had handbags, shawls, scarfs, and other amazing items. I zeroed in on a pair of the most beautiful gloves that will be perfect with my winter coats. The sales person was very kind and we enjoyed speaking to her about the weather. Too bad they don't have a website. I would be their #1 customer.
