ShopSCAD Savannah is a unique artisan shop and treasure trove featuring creative, handmade items from SCAD faculty, alumni, and students. The store offers an array of interesting artwork, including jewelry, soaps, clothing, and other wares with many creative details. It is a thoughtfully curated and well-laid-out space located within a beautiful building, with one room featuring a historic 1800s aesthetic. Through the back, visitors can access the SCAD story exhibit, an entertaining and interactive show about the university's founding. This didactic tour uses animations, technology, lights, and videos in a very entertaining way. Reservations are required for the tour. The shop provides a fun and inspiring experience, allowing guests to shop unique student artwork as souvenirs. It is considered a do-not-miss spot in Savannah for those interested in creativity and design.
It's gonna be expensive, but keeping in mind the time and resources that go into each piece it makes sense. There are some cute stickers and postcards (made by the people who sold them to us) that are less bank-breaking. Even not buying a lot, I left feeling inspired.

The movie/experience is well produced and very beautiful. It was a great thing to watch and I loved the interactive exhibit. Going to the scad shop after was lovely.
