“I would like to give my sincere gratitude to the staff at this UPS location for their exceptional assistance. Everyone was both courteous and professional throughout my visit. I needed help with printing a program, so I went to the printing department. Initially, the gentleman there informed me he couldn’t handle my exact request, but advised me to return around 1 PM when the print specialist, Stephanie, would be available.
When I called around 1 PM, Stephanie listened carefully to my situation and offered to help with everything I needed. I explained that it was an obituary program and that I needed it done very soon. Stephanie was very understanding and promptly addressed all my concerns. To my surprise, Stephanie called me back the same day, (less than 30 minutes later) to let me know that the programs were completed and ready for pickup.
I was astonished by the quick turnaround time and the high quality of the finished product. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Stephanie for her patience, thorough understanding, and the peace of mind she provided by delivering the work ahead of schedule. Her professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. Thank you so much! A+ service!”

“Pete and Ricky in the SAV terminal and Vinny and Jeff in the POM terminal are excellent to work with. I do NOT have a commercial account and as such, needed to ship my broken Suzuki DF150 Outboard Motor Lower Unit to Pompano Beach, FL to Outboard Wizards, LLC for replacement. Pete asked me to drive to the SAV terminal to drop off my Lower Unit, Ricky helped me get it out of my car, put it on a pallet, shipped it to the POM terminal and then onto Outboard Wizards, LLC to get it replaced. Then in the POM terminal, Vinny and Jeff worked with Outboard Wizards, LLC to get my replacement Lower Unit put on another pallet and shipped back up to the SAV terminal so that I could drive to the SAV terminal and pick it up. Not being in the Freight industry, the exceptional help of all of the folks at ODFL is very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend ODFL for other folks.”
“During move-in this year (9/8/22) our daughter had a package delivered by FedEx that afternoon. We were expecting a few day delay for it to be available for pickup. The mail crew at SCAD was amazing and the package was available the next morning. The mail room was packed with packages and the crew was very efficient in producing the items for the students.”

“This particular FedEx was large it looks as if it was a fairly new facility; there were many and I mean many trailers there.
The trailers were parked straight, not slanted which can be a pain in the butt in my opinion.
The staff inside were friendly, knowledgeable thank you FedEx, and they got us out quickly!”

Staples not only makes it easy to recycle a very comprehensive list of items, but one earns Rewards Point when recycling AND gets a discount coupon to use toward a $30-or-more purchase. VERY NICE!”

“I did not know that all DHL deliveries require a signature. Needless to say I was not home when they attempted to deliver my package. I went to the facility and the driver had not returned but the guy in the office told me that he would stay late if need be so I could get my package. I needed it for a wedding the next day.
