The store was in great condition and stocked!! The staff was great as well, Piper was the sweetest! She showed me a ton of different perfumes that I will absolutely be adding to my collection :)

Really disappointing. No stock, no staff and the testers are either broken or look like they’ve literally never been cleaned. Hard to believe it’s only been open a few months.

Very disappointed upon our recent trip. Sephora lost sales due to their register's being down on a Saturday. We were unable to use our gift cards. Inventory was very low. Disappointed with service.

I went there 3 times and the workers are amazing and there are not any Sephoras close to Savannah,They are usually in stock.

I walked in for a second and already felt i was being followed and i was very uncomfortable. I immediately put the items i was about to purchase down and walked straight out. Very disappointing because I've never felt uncomfortable profiled or uncomfortable in Sephora before until today.

Sales associate for makeup very friendly very helpful she definitely knows her stuff about makeup. I was delighted didn't have to walk all over the store to find Associates in the Cosmetic Department.5 stars for customer service at Kohl's

Couldn't get my birthday gift because the rude man behind the checkout said my email was incorrect. Never had a problem when I was shopping at the jcpenny store . Spent hundreds of dollars there over the years and only needed my phone number. Won't be shopping there again. Ulta is much better anyway! Just lost 2 customer's, and by the looks of things they could use all the business they could get

We needed a sephora!!! They are pretty stocked ( of course they do not have everything in stock quite yet, but it is smaller and just opened) it is very clean, and the workers are soooo nice ?

Got my daughter the sol de janeiro perfume from there. So glad they finally have a sephora in savannah even though they dont have everything im sure they will get it
