Well there is a false advertisement that they have a truck provided to help you store things in which they don't at all. But still advertise that they do. That was my only real issue especially with the price of storage there.

Overpriced climate units.They advertised a free truck but the truck was out of service. Shouldn't offer if you only have one truck. John is cool but the other guy should be fired. Without John, I would have left one star.
