After a long hunt for large camellias, SSG was the place! The main store ladies were very friendly & helpful in directing me to the best place. When needing to go to their larger nursery, it is typically by appointment only, but they were extremely flexible and kind. There’s more there than meets the eye as there’s two sides to their larger plot. A gentleman, Mark, was extremely kind and helpful. He had so much patience with me and was so grateful and courteous. Not knowing exactly what direction I wanted to go in, he was helpful in getting answers to my questions, and for allowing me to come back later in the day to get everything we needed, I cannot speak more highly of him! Paul was another gentleman there, who had been with the Garden for a while and was very knowledgeable on all the plants on their larger side. He was very helpful with my husband, and shared a ton of knowledge. The owner was also very sweet and kind. She wanted to make sure we got the best plants & directed us on where to look for them.Overall, it was an amazing experience & I’m hoping to return to buy one of their larger Magnolia trees in the near future.They have plants ranging from 1 gallon all the way to 30+!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Took me around to show me things and helped me load it up. I went for some plants that were in 3 gal buckets. The plants were so much bigger/bushier than I’ve seen anywhere else!!!! I highly recommend.

I was calling from out of state in search of a container garden to serve as a sympathy arrangement that would last longer than a floral arrangement and attract butterflies in season. Several other Savannah-area nurseries directed me to call Savannah Secret Gardens. I'm so glad I did! Manager Cynthia was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. She gave me suggestions and explained how the different plants would do throughout the year. She offered to pull items and a glazed pot and send me photos throughout the design process before even taking payment. Once she was done with the beautiful arrangement she called and we finalized payment and delivery info. The container garden was delivered to the home of our friend today and it's just perfect. I highly recommend Secret Garden for quality plants and outstanding customer service.

I called this shop on Sunday to see if they sold/rented Christmas trees/garland around the holiday season and was informed by a very friendly employee that they do, and that someone would get back to me by Tuesday of this week to go over options and whatnot. Well, I never heard back, so I called today, and the employee who answered the phone made it clear that this location does not do any type of Christmas trees or garland, though they are pictured on their website. INSTANT UPDATE - The store manager, Cynthia, called me back to further explain the confusion and that occasionally they do rent out faux Christmas trees. She apologized for the misunderstanding. She was wonderful! I correct my star rating to reflect this!

Beautiful and peaceful shop and nursery. I went for terrarium plants and live moss. I’m having a really tough time finding live moss. The woman on the phone said they had it, but when I got there it was preserved moss, not live. Honest mistake. She said they’re looking into adding more indoor plants to their shop! Yay. Very nice and helpful people. Would recommend. :)
