I was in this shop Friday all day after work they told me that they didn't have the tool that was needed in order to take off the tire rods they did absolutely no work on the vehicle the first day came in the second day at 10:00 in the morning it was in the shop for over 7 hours to replace two tire rods and two struts and not even do the alignment which is what I came in for in the first place. They wasted 10 hours of my day just to not even finish the job and I missed out on money because I work for Uber as well. Wasting two full days of work work if they had just gotten the right tools in the first place and then just to not even do the alignment that I still need done

I got a flat tire while getting off of the highway and came to the Mavis. They were so nice. Branden took care of me and I was in and out.

My mechanic told me to leave a bad review after the quote the lady gave me and he would save me $600. I guess always get a 2nd opinion before spending anything here. Happy my car is good now tho!

It closes at 6, not 830 like Google says. Dropped a tire off that I needed and went to pick it up as I had not received a call. Got here, and it's closed. So I guess no work tomorrow

I had a tac in my tire and arrived just after they closed and Tony and Kendel and Johnnie the assistant manager were extremely nice and help me with that. I strongly recommend them for your car service. Thank you guys so much❤️❤️

Highly recommend! I recently got my brakes and rotors replaced. Not only did they do a great job but Kevin (the man who assisted me )was very upfront about pricing and how long it would take. It was very professional and I will definitely be going their for all my tire and brake needs!

Don't know how this place function's as a business to be honest. Had a appointment at 1pm to get 2 front tires replaced. The lady at the counter said wouldn't be longer than a hour, due to only having a hour break at work. Long story short took 2 hours to replace 2 tires. Workers standing around with hands in there pocket, goofing off. Not a professional place by any means. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!

At the Ogeechee Rd Location: Whoever the lady was that told my wife that run flat tires can be patched needs to quit her job and apply to chik fil a. She clearly does not understand tires…at all. The Mall Blvd store did a much better job at assessing the situation with our vehicle and will take care of our needs. Good help is hard to find apparently with Mavis too…

I got in and got out. My appointment was at 4:00 and i arrived at 3:40. It’s 4:30 and it’s already done. Michael the service manager did a wonderful job and so did the other associate who serviced my vehicle. Definitely coming back again!
I came back for an oil change a brake inspection 2 weeks later and i still got the same amazing service! Y’all take better care of me than the actual dealership i was going to.
