Best prices. Super friendly staff. Helped me when I was in a bind and couldn't get a rental with another company because I didn't have a credit card. I was in a out with a smile in less than 5 min. Bonus points for the car being super fun to drive.

I rent cars from Savannah Car Rentals(location in Savannah on Abercorn Street) on a regular basis and I have never been disappointed. Their cars a great and their customer service is outstanding! Transactions are always so smooth and never have any issues. If you’re looking to rent a car, I highly recommend Savannah Car Rentals!!!!???????????????

This a scammy place to rent a car! Weekly rate started out at $260 and we paid almost $500 when all was said and done after a lot of going back and forth with rude employees. They claim that the tank was half filled although I had just filled it to FULL and 300+ miles (my fault for not taking a picture) and charged $80ish dollars for that. We also returned it at 2pm when it was due at 5pm but they closed early due to weather and charged us an extra day. They agreed to refund the extra day and not the fraudulent gas charge, but that never happened and when we called back they said it was because pet hair was found in the car. We do not own a pet!!! Since we didn’t take pictures they took full advantage - would def not recommend using their services as I suspect that they things like that quite often!

LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SAVANNAH CAR RENTALS. BEEN GETTING CARS FROM THEM EVER SINCE MY COUSIN TOLD ME ABOUT THEM. THE PRICES AND DEPOSIT IS REASONABLE PRICES. LOVE THE FACT YOU GET REWARDS AND PERCENTAGES OF. AND THEY DONT ASK FOR MUCH LIKE ENTERPRISE OR ANY OTHER CAR RENTAL. GONE AND SEE THEM FOR ALL CAR RENTAL NEEDS

Savannah Car Rentals would be there for me when I didn’t even know they existed. Two years ago my flight was delayed and I was told by the rental company that my rental will be extended according to my new arrival time. Upon attempting to retrieve my reservation I was told that my reservation was canceled. I then searched car rental companies, and this GEM came up. I met Shaune and the rest was history. Now, two years later, I have been a loyal customer to them and in-turn they have been dependable, reliable, and family to me. I recommend anyone that is coming to or residing in the Savannah area to rent from them. They have two convenient locations. The prices are very reasonable and you get rewards points on your rental that you can redeem for amazing discounts.

I made a reservation for 1pm. The business hours were open until 2pm. I received a confirmation email. I called to make sure everything was in order, I didn't get an answer. I took a uber from the airport, only to arriv3 and they were closed. I called several times no answer. Waited for at least a hour thinking someone would show up. Never happened. I had to take a uber back to the airport to get a rental from there. A complete waste of my time and money

My first time renting a car here and the service was great. Customer service was excellent and the young lady at the desk is such a sweetheart. Just booked again for my next trip. Employees are very nice , they are very professional and love to accommodate your ever needs. I have the best experience and is given great customer service every-time I rent from Savannah rentals. I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle. Never had a easier rental experience and now I refuse to rent from anyone else

If you want to rent a car here, IT IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE, go somewhere else! SEAN LOUIS is the rudest person who can serve you, she has an apparent problem with immigrants... and if you want to try to explain something to him, his answer is "have a good day". They are not interested in your comments or needs at all. If you have a license from another country, you cannot request any service with them and to make you leave faster, he tells you "my boss said NO". I do not recommend these disastrous places where there are people like her who want to minimize you because of your nationality.

Rented with Savannah rental 4 years ago when a large airport rental national chain failed to give us the proper information and we could not get a rental on a busy holiday week. We went to Savannah rental and they pulled us out of a stressful predicament. Got a quality car for less and the service was great. I have rented with them every since. Professional service and seamless process.
