If you own a store, basic customer service is a must. I shouldn't have to force the cashier to say hello or thank you. There are too many other places to shop.

I have visited many liquor stores in the Savannah area, and I must say I find myself gravitating towards this one whenever I'm in need of alcoholic beverages. I'm able to find what I need easily, and it's in a convenient location. They also have a drive-through. I find it cute that they have a bird that is quite vocal. Haha!

Please educate your employees on proper ADA laws regarding service animals. I am a disabled veteran who visited your store today and I was immediately informed by a staff member that my service dog could not be in the store because there are no pets allowed.I let the staff member know that my dog is not a pet, she is a service animal and he said no animals are allowed at all. He then asked for “papers” and I informed him that there are no papers required. My dog is a trained service animal per ADA laws to help mitigate my disability. It would behoove you and your employees to become educated on the laws to avoid any future lawsuits.

Okay I'm not an alki or anything like that but I like wine okay but these guys don't know their liquor they don't know their products or anything so but with that being said the environment is very friendly but I want more than that
