Sandfly Laundry is in bad shape. Many washer and dryers "out of order".Change machine: can only use $1.00 bills.Really pathetic.A review on this page was written 3 months ago, complaining of the same faults I experienced today and nothing has improved.

I heard they were not making repairs because they are planning to remodel. IT IS WAY PAST TIME TO CLOSE THIS PLACE. Half the machines say out of order. I tried 3 washers and 2 dryers, and spent $25 but I still had to take everything to a different laundromat and rewash it. Awful experience, worse because there's no AC.

Recently went here for dry cleaning, customer service was great! Everyone was super helpful and they have a fast turnaround! I definitely recommend them if your looking for a cleaners

Do not go here!! Every machine is basically broken!! I think 1 in 4 machine work there which I tolerated but I am so done after the last time I went. I had started two loads just to find out it stopped halfway. The friendly cleaner who works there informed me “ I must have forgotten to turn it on.” Which made no sense since I definitely remembered to turn it on… so I had to start back the machines. Waited another 30 mins…went back it turns out it’s the machine that was iffy and broken. Then I took out my soaking wet laundry and put in another one, where it ate up all my coins and machine didn’t work either. So that was an hour and half wasted. Luckily I went next door to get my $$ back ( thank god because they were about to close and I would have been out of luck because guess what- their coin machine is broken 99% of the time and I have to go begging around at the gas station for quarters. This is normal since all the customers at the laundry Matt do this.) anyways even the lady next door advised me to do laundry somewhere else because she said the machine will just eat up my money. WOW. So after all that I left with my heavy soaking wet clothes. It was too heavy to carry it all to my car so I had to take multiple trips to my car. Sorry for making the whole laundry Matt into a lake with the transportation of wet clothes but please fix your machines for once. Never coming back. Sorry. It was a good location and always met nice people there but nope. No more.

Thr laundromat is very clean washers and dryers are working and still working on fixing all of them the ladies that are there on weekends are very nice and pleasant the one lady is a very hard workers and a very BIG help thank you she also the lady who cleans and keeps it nice thank you could not asked for anyone better thank you this is Ms. Melissa!! I using her profile because I dint know how to use this but Thank you Ms. Brendalee jib excellent and very honest!!!

Very clean Ms Brendalee is so knowledgeable and helpful and keeps it very nice very dependable and honest o will keep going here as long as she's there. Also she fixes machines and works very hard and very pleasant and we love her thank you Ms. Brendalee sincerely Ms Louise Rayn!!

Over 1/3 of the dryers and 1/7 washers are out of order. The floors are dirty and the place is neglected. If you are going to be in business, take some pride in what you offer.

People working there are pleasant and helpful, but the place needs a total update!! Floors, walls need painting & more. New machines would be a great improvement! I'm happy I don't have to go there weekly.

Amazing owner. I didn’t realize he was closed on December 23, and I had my wife’s and children’s’ clothing I needed for the Christmas holiday at the store. The owner offered to meet me at the store on Christmas Eve. My family and I came up with an alternate plan to get me to Tifton GA as early as possible, but this gentleman was willing to come from Richmond Hill to meet me at the store. I’ve never experienced customer service at this level. He is a class act and truly cares about his customers. It was unbelievable. He had plans and things to do with his own family yet made a decision to put his customer before himself.

Been here a few times and I can say the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s clean and reasonably priced. A convenient laundromat to visit!
