The store was clean and organized. Found some exceptional doorbuster deals! Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were great. Membership is definitely worth the money.

Typically customer service at wholesale retailers is lacking, but today I pulled around to the tire and battery doors to have my battery tested and received the best service from a Mr. Tony Hamilton.
Mr. Hamilton was on break but assisted me anyway because no one else was available. Not only did he test my battery but he went ahead and took the time to replace it for me. All while having an extremely positive attitude in the process! Thank you Sir for going over and above to assist me!

Sam's raised gas prices to the same as all the other stations. $3.09 a gallon.
Station was almost empty.

Shopping in Bulk is awesome. Everything you need is right there, and the associates are eager to help if needed. Now, if they can find a better and faster way to check your items at the door upon exiting, it would be even better.

Anyone who has a bad experience at Sam's Club is actively trying to. If I could choose any store to get stuck in forever, it would be this one. Great food, great clothes, great books. Everything you could ever want is within its walls.

Last four visits no chickens ready....always 30 or 40 minutes wait. Also no help when the self checkout system is a problem. Sam's needs to get a new manager for this store.

Witnessed a situation where a manager was called in regards to a customer situation clearly out of hand and a manager never came. Customer is very upset. Member services could not be professional they were very loud with customer and short male could not either. Almost for into it with customer. Manager still never showed. Been at member services for 35 minutes awaiting a manager. Smh this is totally unprofessional.
