I joined Sam's Club through Groupon which offered a $20 Sam's membership which I purchased and paid by credit card. I took the Groupon certificate to the Sam's Club Customer Service to get my Sam's Club card. Two weeks later, when I got my credit card bill it had the Groupon $20 charge and a seperate $20 Sam's Club membership charge. Working with Sam's to fix the issue is like pulling teeth. I have made 3 trips to work this out showing my credit card page with the 2 charges for the membership. It is still ongoing and unresolved. The lesson here is to just know that if Sam's screws up your account, it will be you that will pay the price of exceptional inconvenience.

Hands down the BEST place to get tires in Savannah. Not even because of the great prices, hands down because of the amazing service. I recently had tires put on my vehicle at another local shop and somehow tires equated to my car being left filled with grease and a 5 and 1/2 hour wait. Came to Sam's Club for my daughter's vehicle, we were first greeted with extremely friendly employees, the price was the lowest quote I've had in Savannah, they finished the car before we were done eating our pizza so then the technician brought me my keys so I wouldn't have to rush my children. It's rare to experience service that great in the automotive world here, and the above and beyond they gave has made a now loyal customer.

I went to Sams to get a battery for my truck around 8:30am on a Tuesday morning. I asked the man in the service department if he could check my battery for me to make sure it was needed. He brought out his battery tester and hooked it up and he informed me that my battery needed replacing. I looked in the bays and saw there were no cars being serviced so I asked him how long would the wait be. He said that he would not be able to get to it that day and to my shock he said I would suggest that you go somewhere else. I was really shocked that he said that because he had another helper with him and I was the only customer. I asked him why they couldn't get to me and he said that I didn't have an appointment and they were only working on automobiles that had appointments. I couldn't believe that he refused to put a battery in my truck since I was the only one there at the time. I went to another place to get the battery which only took about 20 minutes total to install. I called the corporate office to let them know what happened and they took my information and told me they would get in touch with me after contacting the store. It has been weeks and I have heard nothing.

My days of using Sam's Tire Center have come to an end. My vehicle went from riding smoothly to shaking badly after Sam's installed two new front tires. Plus, the installation crew left grease smeared all over the rims. Whoever installed the tires either has no training, doesn't care, or both. Oh, and don't bother scanning the QR code for service at the Tire Center desk--nobody on the crew has the app or cares to respond. Even when two employees were present at the desk, they spent a good five minutes discussing how to work their time cards for a lunch break before acknowledging my presence at the desk. The next day, I took the vehicle to Discount Tire to check the installation -- they had to re-balance both front tires and make another adjustment to account for a flat spot on one of the tires. After Discount Tire fixed the installation (and cleaned up the grease mess), the tires rode smooth as butter. I will give credit to the Sam's Member's Services Desk for giving a full refund of the installation charge. I have used Sam's Tire Center for over ten years -- never again.

I'd first like to say that there is a good selection of products you can find here for personal and business use. Secondly, it's kinda quick In-n-Out checkout. As for the Restrooms...different story. The one place people frequent is NOT SANITARY at all! I walked into the Ladies room and found, what's supposed to be cleaned and sanitized, was left like this...and I went before and after shopping in hopes of seeing it cleaned but wasn't.

Worst experience with Tire Department, they never answer phone. When vehicle was dropped off for appointment( that had to be made in person), staff was rude, demeaning and yelled at me to park illegally in a fire zone. No call when vehicle was finished, daughter went in to get keys, after being ignored was finally abruptly asked, what do you want? She said keys to Jeep Cherokee. They never asked for name or ID, just handed her keys! Anyone could have taken my vehicle with was again illegally parked in a fire zone!! Management there needs to do better!

Got the tires on quickly enough but left my donut and jack all over the place in the trunk instead of taking the extra five minutes to put it back in correctly. Got to spend some extra time putting all that back together instead of enjoying the last day of my wedding weekend.

I went to Sams Club for hearing aids and I had the best experience with Mike. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone that is in the market for hearing aids. The price also can’t be beat.

Sam's Club is good for when you want to stock up on those items that you use all of the time. The meat section could use a little improvement option-wise. I don't really have any complaints about the store or staff. Just a tip: its totally worth it to invest in downloading the app and utilizing the "Scan & Go" option. Its the only way to go, unless you like standing on long lines for something you can quickly do by yourself and go on about your day.

they can't keep employees because of poor management. Tim the meat department manager is manager by default and has no management skills so in return the meat department always looks awful and under filled. he literally has a pallet of expired meat in cooler that keeps getting added to because he doesn't know how to order. I was only there lil over a week and have seen he is clueless first hand and would never recommend buying meat from there.
