Yeah I have to change banks terrible location and truthfully nothing special you don't get your check early, saving percentage is terrible time to do better.

If you have issues with your Regions account, there's a good chance it's due to Regions themselves. This branch is particularly bad with customer service, or knowing what they're supposed to do to solve a problem. No one that's written a review is exaggerating how bad this place is. Bank Elsewhere!

They do not have enough locations and they don't have enough locations where you could drive up to they won't give you a temporary bank card if your card has been compromised you have to wait I had a transaction that was fraudulent so they did a soft close on my savings account when I called and inquired about how to open up the savings account again I was told by the customer service agent all I had to do was transfer a dollar when I tried that that didn't work and I have to go into the bank is too inconvenient to run back and forth to this Bank all the time when you go to the one in Bluffton my experience with the teller was she didn't listen very well at all I asked her to send me my balance before and after the deposit and she made this process really long with all these pieces of paper when all she needed to do was simply write down the balance before deposit the money and give me the current balance after she acts as though it was a problem for her to do this

Absolute garbage. Sent me a credit card flyer with a promo. When I tried to get that promo offer they said they couldn't find it and offered me a worse offer. Bait and switch.

Go to another bank, save yourself the headache. I've been a member with Regions since 2014. They will hit your account with every fee possible, gotta keep the poor poor right. Ontop of that they have no quality assurance, no systems in place to check if their customers have received the stuff they've sent out. Because of this little oversight I've been waiting on a debit card for 2 MONTHS. The first they didn't know I'd moved so sure, but they could have sent an email asking if I'd received my new card or something, nope, instead I kept waiting cause I had no idea they weren't updated on my address change. This month comes along, I put in a new card order to my new address on the 5th, still haven't gotten it in the mail after making sure it's the right address several times. Eventually I asked them to expedite it to the bank ($25 extra charge btw). They guaranteed it'd be there last Friday or mine would have come in the mail. Didn't get neither and now it's affecting my freelance work causing me to lose out on money as I can't renew subscriptions.

This particular branch is the absolute worse. As a customer for 15 years I finally have changed to another bank. Upon moving to Savannah 5 yrs ago, we have had nothing but terrible service each time we've visited this particular branch. I encourage people to research local banks, especially this one before choosing.

Hardly any atms The absolute worst customer service in person and over the phone branch manager is never available and assistant manager is lazy and and very short when it comes to assisting the tellers with helping customers with their banking needs would definitely not recommend.

This bank wants to charge $20, to cash there own check... I also had a customer bring me a bank check from them a few weeks ago, that they would not confirm to him or myself over the phone... This place is a waist of your time, and the people that you will be doing business with.... They care nothing for you!Regal&Savannah Trademart Inc.Will no longer expect Regions’s checking as payment.

check deposit said next business day, then they bait and switch. put a check on hold for 13 days causing accounts to overdraft while racking up OD Fees. Moving on from this bank.

Puts everyone on hold for hours. I hate when I have to make a phone call. They need to fix this! It is like one person answers the phone every hour!
